Came across this site through another Forum that I belong to and I thought I would share the link. They have a really cool Meal Planner, simply answer a few questions and you get a meal planned for you! Very Cool http://www.grub-n-gear.ca/ |

Excellent, L! The sample menus will be really useful for me during hurricane season because the meals are simple and easy to prepare. Thanks! |

I just realized that the site is even cooler than I thought. If you mock up a 3-4 day trip for 3 and answer a few questions not only does it plan your meals but it gives you a packing & shopping list as well. And it tells you how much it all weighs as well, this is awesome for packing a 72 hr bug out bag. What a very cool site Edit to add: If you print directly from the site you will get a bunch of blank pages, I reckomend copy pasting into word or excel and tehn formating to save paper. Dont make the same mistake I did |

Mine is for three people so just adjust your's accordingly and to your taste of foods as well. You can download the excel sheet here. http://www.thegoldenthread.info/public_ ... r_bob_menu Hope that saves you some time & paper. Wish I had of made this before I prinetd 42 pages of blanks and 5 actual pages of info |
