By Alfred Lambremont Webre, JD, MEd A large UFO, reportedly an Interdimensional ET Mothership decloaked itself over Winnipeg, Canada on the evening of November 22, 2011 and was witnessed and videotaped by a Winnipeg-based interdimensional ET contactee who has been experiencing repeated de-cloakings of interdimensional UFOs over his home in Winnipeg for several years. The UFO contactee’s experiences have been continuously monitored by a leading UFO expert in Canada, who forwarded this reporter the video recordings, photographs, and a description of the Nov. 22 UFO sighting that are set out in this article.
