Chemtrail Effects Studied by Atmospheric Science Program

Interesting. Here's an open government website announcing the merger of two programs for better analysis of aerosols in our atmosphere. For those of you familiar with the chemtrail program, just read between the (chemtrail) lines here.
But first, note the logo--obscured sun as we get almost daily from the chemtrail (aerosol) program. Then the shafts of hazy white trails coming up, again as we witness almost continually now from expanding jet trails polluting our skies and killing our planet.
The freakish part is the phrase in this web page heading above that they themselves put in bold--"The current focus of the program is aerosol radiative forcing of climate". Say what? That could be taken two ways--effects from normal aerosols on our climate, OR how to better force climate change through the use of aerosols. We already know it's the latter, but look at this sleazy cover language.
