I use the term Federation because it's something people can relate to. By now, most everyone has seen a Star Trek movie, so it's analogous to that type of platform. A varied group of species that is closely watching the planet. Laws established to not interfere but will come when they feel the time is right. There are species that are not part of this Federation and yes, just like here on earth, there are disagreements, issues, etc. |
