This is rather easy to do and helps get one looking "beyond" what we "physically" see.

There's sufficient info on the internet about this, I try to make it very simple process.
Some folks can see people's aura's in color, others can only see the shadow. Either way
just seeing someone's "energy signature" is interesting.

Easiest way for beginners is to look at another person who is 20' away or so from you with a white background behind them.....like a large room with light colored walls.

Example: Have a friend stand in front of a white or very light colored wall and view them from the other side of the room...lighting has to just right as well. Up close does not work until you get really proficient at it. Have them move their body a little from side to side or move their arms a bit. Don't look directly at them but be looking off to the side. The aura will be a dark line that follows the contour of the body. Obviously the head / shoulder region is the best place to start.

If you have ever been in a church, pictures of Jesus and others have the holy "aura" above their head and it's usually in color. That's a bit exaggerated but you have one too as do animals, etc....not just for the so called holy people in the bible.

So try it, have fun, it may take a while for the folks who can't see color right away to get your senses.
Seeing aura's in color can provide a defensive mechanism for a people also, but you have to be quite "awake" for that ability.
