You bet it does.

An electromagnetic field is actually created around the individual and you actually transport sub dimensionally to your destination, i.e, ship to ground, etc.

If you have a hard time believing that, consider this. MRI units have been in hospitals here for quite some time.....just a different concept with electromagnets. MRI machines produce images of the soft tissue structures in your body via magnets.....the new MR units are actually 4D but aren't really much different than the 3D other than magnet orientation and a software tweak.
