Massive ULF ‘Blast’ Detected In US Bridge Collapse Catastrophe

Reports from Russia’s Institute of Solar-Terrestrial Physics located in Irkutsk are reporting today that their Siberian Solar Radio Telescope (SSRT) detected a ‘massive’ ultra low frequency (ULF) ‘blast’ emanating from Latitude: 45° 00' North Longitude: 93° 15' West at the ‘exact’ moment, and location, of a catastrophic collapse of a nearly 2,000 foot long bridge in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

To the horrific destruction of the Interstate 35W Bridge which spanned the Mississippi River we can read as reported by the Star Tribune News Service:

"The 1,907-foot bridge fell into the Mississippi River and onto roadways below. The span was packed with rush hour traffic, and dozens of vehicles fell with the bridge leaving scores of dazed commuters scrambling for their lives.

Nine people were confirmed dead as of 4 a.m. today. Sixty were taken to hospitals and 20 people were still missing this morning. Authorities said they expected the death toll to rise."



Russian Military reports state that the total collapse of such a massive bridge, and in the absence of evidence linking its destruction to terrorist activity, could only have been accomplished by an acoustic weapon, of which the United States Military is known to possess.

These reports further state that one of the United States primary research organizations into acoustic weapons research is Augsburg College, and which is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and most importantly less than 1 mile from the Interstate 35W Bridge collapse.

To the exact reason of why, and what exactly happened in this catastrophe we can only speculate, but, with what is known about the United States past history of using sophisticated weapons on their own citizens for ‘research’ purposes it certainly lies in the realm of possibility that this horrific tragedy is rooted in the use of ULF weapons.

To the past usage of these new types of weapons we can read even back into the 1980’s of the United States research into their use as reported by the CNN News Service:



"Imagine the implications of a weapon with no visible trace -- a weapon that could knock out tanks, ships, and planes as fast as the speed of light. The same technology, with modifications, could disorient and even tranquilize military personnel, rendering them virtually helpless in the battle zone. These are the new weapons of war we will examine in this series.

For the past 40 years, the world has been riveted by the threat of nuclear war, and more recently by the prospect of space defenses using lasers and other modern technologies.

Lightning is the most dramatic form of energy to be found in nature. Scientists have succeeded in creating limited types of artificial lightning. And some think that these could be the forerunners of a new type of directed-energy weapon, part of a family of weapons that operate within the radio frequency segment of the electromagnetic spectrum, and are thus referred to as radio frequency weapons."

To the dangers of ULF weapons being used against civilians we can read the warnings of Dr. Rauni Leena Kilde, MD, the former Chief Medical Officer for Lapland (northern Finland), who warned in 1999:

"When the use of electromagnetic fields, extra-low (ELF) and ultra-low (ULF) frequencies and microwaves aimed deliberately at certain individuals, groups, and even the general population to cause diseases, disorientation, chaos and physical and emotional pain breaks into the awareness of the general population, a public outcry is inevitable."

To the exact reason of why the United States would be targeting Minneapolis with such a massive ULF ‘blast’ we can find in the exact neighborhoods that surround the Interstate 35W Bridge, and which are home to one of the largest Muslim populations in the United States, including over 30,000 Somalis who are outraged by the US sponsored invasion of their home Nation by Ethiopian forces.

For the American people as a whole, this catastrophe provides yet another example of the consequences of their allowing their Military Forces to gain total control over their economy and lives, and which history has long shown leads always towards total destruction.

What is missing?

The 'Subject'

I was originally going to write about the 'subject' and why it's almost verboten among some circles to even discuss, but I think anyone reading either now or in the future will already know this; the 'subject' is often too heavy to even mention by name, or by its more well-known proponents of discussion. We know what it is, and it concerns a message that no-one really wants to hear. I understand that, which is why my heart grows heavy at times like this, because I know the anguish that comes with a due consideration of possible near-future events. For some, they've relegated it to a meteorological event, and are content to leave it there. At least they're dealing with the idea of at least minimal preparation. Then for others, the mere possibility can be so unsettling and disturbing that they find themselves leaning too much for reassurance on others, even demanding it, while at the same time insisting it couldn't possibly be so. "Can't be! It's utter nonsense!"

I remember what that was like when I first came to grips with what the 'subject' was all about. I knew then, too, that talking about the 'subject' would become too sensitive to do much of. In the 'real world', I don't volunteer the 'subject' unless an opportunity practically demands it. If the response is a reaction against even awareness, I'm almost relieved not to have to say anything more. But that doesn't mean I don't do what I can to help others at least prepare. The greatest possible impediment will be ignorance of the possibilities and opportunities that might present themselves, and I often think of the many people who, once they become acutely aware, would look at me with accusatory eyes that would be saying "you knew, and did nothing?!?!?"…..

I, too, came to understand the dangers we face via a very different route: that of ancient history, not ufology or conspiracy or DB. And as to the specifics of what we face – and when – I have no better idea than anyone else. All I know now is that ‘it’ has happened repeatedly throughout this planet’s history. And something tells me it is impending again. I will be truly, madly, deeply grateful to live out this lifetime without experiencing any such thing. That goes without saying.

But the necessity to prepare – even if preps are ultimately needed only for a nasty bout of power outages, storms or other infrastructure disruptions that have at any rate a high probability of occurring over the next few decades – is still time, money and thought well used.

Yes, there is an unspoken prayer in the back of my mind: Please, let me be wrong, totally wrong about my fears…. Please let everything continue as it has been….

But there remains the continuing silent pain that author Colin Wilson called that of the person who “sees too much, and too deeply……”

Capital Area Provider Team #4 will be working this event but we plan to augment their team with additional assets from Tier III Roster D.

The request is for:

* Nurse Practitioners
* Physician Assistants
* Registered Nurses

ASPR will cover all travel related expenses for this mission.

So, to consider this from the warmth and safety of my living room: What would I do? doesn’t really prepare me for decision-making in extremis, when instincts kick in and too many other things are in play. Would I defend myself against assault? Undoubtedly. Would I defend others in my care? Almost certainly. If the choice, in advance, were: the attacker survives, or I do – could I pull the trigger? I don’t know, quite frankly. I don’t know. Perhaps they are trying to save the lives of their own loved ones. Who is to say? My life is not more ‘worthy’ than theirs. If we are fighting over food, or water, who ultimately ‘owns’ such things? Who has rights when all are starving?

I don’t know. I simply don’t know.

My purpose here is to support the continuation of human life, however that may come about. I know I will favour the lives of children over adults, breeding couples over elderly – and beyond that I don’t know.

I can only pray that I never have to make that decision. And that at the end of the day, I will have done the right thing, whatever that may be. I don't think there's anything cut-and-dried here.

MK: I thought that he was saying a couple of things with that section. His use of the "evolutionary processes on this planet" was quite telling. He seems to imply that he knows about other planets as well. One was exactly what you're pointing out...about the non-Rhesus factor people (like me), but he was also saying--I edited the Da Vinci Code--he's letting them know that he knows the truth about the story that they are trying to sell. I don't think that the Illuminati/NWO types have actually been in power for as long as they say. MK: I think that the phrase "The First Sphere of Influence" has some more significance than you or I know. He used it twice in the message, I think. He clearly knows the history of the secret fascist movement (DVD). The Supreme Court ruling, while further establishing Fascism in America, doesn’t mean a thing to the “political process, as The First Sphere of Influence, i.e. the Brzezinski Cartel and the Rothschild family of bankers control the entire western world’s political arena, including who gets to sit in The Big Chair in The Little White House.

Party affiliation no longer matters.

Candidate selection no longer matters.

The machinations of the voting public are merely an appeasement by The First Sphere of Influence to “demonstrate” to us commoners that our “voice” actually matters.

It WILL matter when we rise up and overthrow The First Sphere of Influence, dissolve the Federal Reserve and the personal income tax on Americans, and take the members of The First Sphere out back by the woodpile and. . . .

When you understand the underlying moving parts of this insidious Influence, you then can make a rational and informed and conscious decision to oppose them, thus toppling the largely invisible regime that has ridden roughshod over us for 150 years.

Raining Blobs:



The townspeople of Oakville, Washington, were in for a surprise on August 7, 1994. Instead of their usual downpour of rain, the inhabitants of the small town witnessed countless gelatinous blobs falling from the sky. Once the globs fell, almost everyone in Oakville started to develop severe, flu-like symptoms that lasted anywhere from 7 weeks to 3 months. Haiti and the seismic weapon

The controversy that followed the publication on our website of an article entertaining the possibility that the earthquake in Haiti was caused artificially, calls for clarification. Yes, seismic weapons do exist and the United States, among others, have them. Yes, the U.S. military forces were pre-positionned to be deployed to the island. These facts are not conclusive in themselves but they certainly warrant heightened scrutiny into this matter...............

I've been reading about our interactions with so-called ET for the last few years, and I am not feeling that good about what seems to be the motivation of the so-called ETs.

It appears to me that the vast majority of "ET" interactions involve beings that are either only interested in exploiting Earth's humans, or, less frequently, they are coldly observing us without any desire other than a scientific curiosity.

I understand that Nancy's Zetas represent themselves as service-to-others, but I am not confident this is true.

My question to you golden-threaders is whether you are sure that positive "Ets" exist, and that they are ready to play a role in what is about to unfold?

I know only time will tell, but it's not looking good right now.

Am I being overly pessimistic?
