In the interview, Sibel says that the US maintained ‘intimate relations’ with Bin Laden, and the Taliban, “all the way until that day of September 11.”

These ‘intimate relations’ included using Bin Laden for ‘operations’ in Central Asia, including Xinjiang, China. These ‘operations’ involved using al Qaeda and the Taliban in the same manner “as we did during the Afghan and Soviet conflict,” that is, fighting ‘enemies’ via proxies.

As Sibel has previously described, and as she reiterates in this latest interview, this process involved using Turkey (with assistance from ‘actors from Pakistan, and Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia’) as a proxy, which in turn used Bin Laden and the Taliban and others as a proxy terrorist army.

Control of Central Asia

The goals of the American ’statesmen’ directing these activities included control of Central Asia’s vast energy supplies and new markets for military products.

The Americans had a problem, though. They needed to keep their fingerprints off these operations to avoid a) popular revolt in Central Asia ( Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan), and b) serious repercussions from China and Russia. They found an ingenious solution: Use their puppet-state Turkey as a proxy, and appeal to both pan-Turkic and pan-Islam sensibilities.

Turkey, a NATO ally, has a lot more credibility in the region than the US and, with the history of the Ottoman Empire, could appeal to pan-Turkic dreams of a wider sphere of influence. The majority of the Central Asian population shares the same heritage, language and religion as the Turks.

In turn, the Turks used the Taliban and al Qaeda, appealing to their dreams of a pan-Islamic caliphate (Presumably. Or maybe the Turks/US just paid very well.)

According to Sibel:

This started more than a decade-long illegal, covert operation in Central Asia by a small group in the US intent on furthering the oil industry and the Military Industrial Complex, using Turkish operatives, Saudi partners and Pakistani allies, furthering this objective in the name of Islam.

Uighurs

Sibel was recently asked to write about the recent situation with the Uighurs in Xinjiang, but she declined, apart from saying that “our fingerprint is all over it.”

Of course, Sibel isn’t the first or only person to recognize any of this. Eric Margolis, one of the best reporters in the West on matters of Central Asia, stated that the Uighurs in the training camps in Afghanistan up to 2001:

“were being trained by Bin Laden to go and fight the communist Chinese in Xinjiang, and this was not only with the knowledge, but with the support of the CIA, because they thought they might use them if war ever broke out with China.”

And also that:

“Afghanistan was not a hotbed of terrorism, these were commando groups, guerrilla groups, being trained for specific purposes in Central Asia.”

In a separate interview, Margolis said:

“That illustrates Henry Kissinger’s bon mot that the only thing more dangerous than being America’s enemy is being an ally, because these people were paid by the CIA, they were armed by the US, these Chinese Muslims from Xinjiang, the most-Western province.

The CIA was going to use them in the event of a war with China, or just to raise hell there, and they were trained and supported out of Afghanistan, some of them with Osama Bin Laden’s collaboration. The Americans were up to their ears with this.”

Rogues Gallery

Last year, Sibel came up with a brilliant idea to expose some of the criminal activity that she is forbidden to speak about: she published eighteen photos, titled “Sibel Edmonds’ State Secrets Privilege Gallery,” of people involved the operations that she has been trying to expose. One of those people is Anwar Yusuf Turani, the so-called ‘President-in-exile’ of East Turkistan (Xinjiang). This so-called ‘government-in-exile’ was ‘established‘ on Capitol Hill in September, 2004, drawing a sharp rebuke from China.

Also featured in Sibel’s Rogues Gallery was ‘former’ spook Graham Fuller, who was instrumental in the establishment of Turani’s ‘government-in-exile’ of East Turkistan. Fuller has written extensively on Xinjiang, and his “ Xinjiang Project” for Rand Corp is apparently the blueprint for Turani’s government-in-exile. Sibel has openly stated her contempt for Mr. Fuller.

Susurluk

The Turkish establishment has a long history of mingling matters of state with terrorism, drug trafficking and other criminal activity, best exemplified by the 1996 Susurluk incident which exposed the so-called Deep State.

Sibel states that “a few main Susurluk actors also ended up in Chicago where they centered ‘certain’ aspects of their operations (Especially East Turkistan-Uighurs).”One of the main Deep State actors, Mehmet Eymur, former Chief of Counter-Terrorism for Turkey’s intelligence agency, the MIT, features in Sibel’s Rogues Gallery.

Eymur was given exile in the US. Another member of Sibel’s gallery, Marc Grossman was Ambassador to Turkey at the time that the Susurluk incident exposed the Deep State. He was recalled shortly after, prior to the end of his assignment, as was Grossman’s underling, Major Douglas Dickerson, who later tried to recruit Sibel
into the spying ring.

The modus operandi of the Susurluk gang is the same as the activities that Sibel describes as taking place in Central Asia, the only difference is that this activity was exposed in Turkey a decade ago, whereas the organs of the state in the US, including the corporate media, have successfully suppressed this story.

Chechnya, Albania & Kosovo

Central Asia is not the only place where American foreign policy makers have shared interests with Bin Laden. Consider the war in Chechnya. As I documented here, Richard Perle and Stephen Solarz (both in Sibel’s gallery) joined other leading neocon luminaries such as Elliott Abrams, Kenneth Adelman, Frank Gaffney, Michael Ledeen, James Woolsey, and Morton Abramowitz in a group called the American Committee for Peace in Chechnya (ACPC). For his part, Bin Laden donated $25 million to the cause, as well as numerous fighters, and technical expertise, establishing training camps.

US interests also converged with those of al-Qaeda in Kosovo and Albania.

Of course, it is not uncommon for circumstances to arise where ‘the enemy of my enemy is my friend.’ On the other hand, in a transparent democracy, we expect a full accounting of the circumstances leading up to a tragic event like 9/11. The 9/11 Commission was supposed to provide exactly that.

State Secrets

Sibel has famously been dubbed the most gagged woman in America, having the State Secrets Privilege imposed on her twice. Her 3.5 hour testimony to the 9/11 Commission has been entirely suppressed, reduced to a single footnote which refers readers to her classified testimony.

In the interview, she says that the information that was classified in her case specifically identifies that the US was using Bin Laden and the Taliban in Central Asia, including Xinjiang. In the interview, Sibel reiterates that when invoking the gag orders, the US government claims that it is protecting ” ’sensitive diplomatic relations,’ protecting Turkey, protecting Israel, protecting Pakistan, protecting Saudi Arabia…” This is no doubt partially true, but it is also true that they are protecting themselves too, and it is a crime in the US to use classification and secrecy to cover up crimes.

As Sibel says in the interview:

I have information about things that our government has lied to us about… those things can be proven as lies, very easily, based on the information they classified in my case, because we did carry very intimate relationship with these people, and it involves Central Asia, all the way up to September 11.

Summary

The bombshell here is obviously that certain people in the US were using Bin Laden up to September 11, 2001.

It is important to understand why: the US outsourced terror operations to al Qaeda and the Taliban for many years, promoting the Islamization of Central Asia in an attempt to personally profit off military sales as well as oil and gas concessions.

The silence by the US government on these matters is deafening. So, too, is the blowback.

The following is a partial transcript from an interview Sibel gave to Brad Friedman, guest-hosting the Mike Malloy show (audio). (All errors are mine, etc)

Caller: ... What are Sibel's thoughts about 9/11 possibly being an inside job?

Sibel Edmonds: As I have done for the past 7 or 8 years, I have basically stuck with what I know, first-hand, directly, my own knowledge, based on my own experience, based on what I obtained, which is not a lot, but it is extremely important.

And to answer a question like "Was it an inside job?" would be, first of all, preposterous for me to make that call. But what I can tell you is, based on what we know already - and these are the confirmed cases, like Colleen Rowley - look at her and her case - and look at the Phoenix Memo with the other FBI agents in the Phoenix field office, and then look at FBI agent Wright in Chicago, look at that case...

And if you read James Bamford's latest book, what the NSA obtained from Yemen before September 11, because we were following two of these hijackers in Yemen... Well, if you put all those things, all this information that has come from various agencies, in one place, and you look at it, and you say "Wow!"

You know, it is very easy to write off things when you have one or two slip-ups, and you attribute certain things to bureaucratic bungling - but it goes beyond that... Now, what is that? As I said, I wont be able to answer the question, but what I can answer is, yes, we had this 911 Commission that was formed (laughs) and first we had Henry Kissinger appointed to be the Chairman, this tells you what kind of Commission they had in mind, which was going to be cosmetic. It was pretty obvious. Then we had the final Commission, with a bunch of people with conflicts of interest, and we didn't get anything.

As you see, people have been gagged, a lot of things have been classified... And you think 'Why would they go so far to cover up bureaucratic bungling?' Again, that doesn't mean that this was an inside job, but what it tells you is that there are a lot of things that we don't know, there are a lot of things that our government doesn’t want us to know.

I mean, the recent thing just came out a few days ago with the case against Saudi Arabia, with the 9/11 family members. Well yesterday it made it to the front page of the New York Times with Eric Lichtblau, OK. So now the Justice Department under Obama is saying 'No you can't get this information because we want to protect Saudi Arabia.' Well, protect them against what? So those are the questions that have not been answered. And those questions that have been answered, nothing has been done about it, and no explanation has been given to us. So we have all these issues, and there is no simple answer, but one simple answer is that, yes, we are facing a lot of cover-up. And I want to know why, and I'm sure you want to know why too.

Brad Friedman: Nah, I don't want to know (laughs). So it's fair to say in your case then that you don't necessarily have information that you haven’t been able to disclose that reveals that 9/11 was an inside job, you just have, like I do, concerns about the information that we have, the bad information that we have...

Sibel Edmonds: (interrupts) I have to jump in here and say that I have information about things that our government has lied to us about. I know. For example, to say that since the fall of the Soviet Union we ceased all of our intimate relationship with Bin Laden and the Taliban - those things can be proven as lies, very easily, based on the information they classified in my case, because we did carry very intimate relationship with these people, and it involves Central Asia, all the way up to September 11.

I know you are going to say 'Oh my God, we went there and bombed the medical factory in the 1990s during Clinton, we declared him Most Wanted' and what I'm telling you is, with those groups, we had operations in Central Asia, and that relationship - using them as we did during the Afghan and Soviet conflict - we used them all the way until September 11.

Brad Friedman: Are you able to speak in more detail about that material that was classified?

Sibel Edmonds: People have written about it, based on the interviews conducted, and based on other people talking about it. And you know what, it's not very difficult to put two and two together on this. There is so much information that of course our Mainstream Media has not reported, but there have been some good books written on the topic, and that is: What we have been doing, what we were doing in those years, all the way, all the way until that day of September 11, in Central Asia, in what they call East Turkistan where we are talking about the Uighurs, and with Bin Laden, via Turkey.

And these are the Turkish actors because Central Asian countries are Turkic-speaking, they have the same heritage as the Republic of Turkey, the share the same language, the same culture. And we, as a country, the United States, used Turkey, along with actors from Pakistan, and Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia to carry out a lot of operations.

The Russians have talked about it, because they have been screaming about it, again those things have not been reported, but what we have on that has been classified. They have been using 'sensitive diplomatic relations,' protecting Turkey, protecting Israel, protecting Pakistan, protecting Saudi Arabia...

Well, that does not say that 9/11 was an inside job, but that tells people, it would tell people, the information that they have gagged, they have classified, a lot of things that would maybe bring us closer to the answer, and why our government has been lying about it.

The Motion for a Preliminary Injunction to stop forced mass vaccinations in the USA has been filed at the US District Court of New Jersey * Injunction can be adapted to other countries

A Motion to have forced vaccination deemed Unconstitutional has been filed with the Department of Justice at the US District Court of New Jersey by Tim Vawter.

The federal court papers were filed with the court on July 31. 2009.

After filing a Complaint, which initiated the lawsuit, Vawter last week filed the Motion for Preliminary Injunction, which explained the reasons why the injunction against forced mass vaccination was needed. He also presented the Injunction itself. However, this won’t technically be considered filed until the court examines all the evidence submitted, and then rules on the Injunction.

In addtion, Vawter filed the Exhibits with the court, which are true copies of articles containing evidence to support the claims made in the Complaint and Motion.

Vawter successfully sued a large insurance company (Vawter vs Wausau Ins co. U.S.D.N.J. Civil #95-5620 and #96-3618, and U.S. Court of Appeals, 3rd circuit #96-5463).

Though this injunction could be helpful as a model for similar legal action in other countries, it needs to be adapated as every country generally has its own slightly different rules for filing a lawsuit.

An injunction is temporary. It is the lawsuit itself which must be conducted to forbid forced vaccinations. An injunction can prevent vaccinations for, say, a 10 day period, where we then submit another injunction for another 10 days.

What Vawter is, therefore, also filing is a document that asks to have the law deemed unconstitutional which requires forced vaccinations for everyone, and in his Complaint he made mention of that.

To file a Complaint, the person must have suffered damages, but to have a law deemed unconstitutional, the person doesn’t. He or she states the damages are pending, that he or she will suffer damages from the law unless it is deemed unconstitutional and amended.

Summary of claims and allegations filed with FBI in Austria on June 10, 2009
In her charges, Burgermeister presents evidence of acts of bioterrorism that is in violation of U.S. law by a group operating within the U.S. under the direction of international bankers who control the Federal Reserve, as well as WHO, UN and NATO. This bioterrorism is for the purpose of carrying out a mass genocide against the U.S. population by use of a genetically engineered flu pandemic virus with the intent of causing death. This group has annexed high government offices in the U.S.

Specifically, evidence is presented that the defendants, Barack Obama, President of the U.S, David Nabarro, UN System Coordinator for Influenza, Margaret Chan, Director-General of WHO, Kathleen Sibelius, Secretary of Department of Health and Human Services, Janet Napolitano, Secretary of Department of Homeland Security, David de Rotschild, banker, David Rockefeller, banker, George Soros, banker, Werner Faymann, Chancellor of Austria, and Alois Stoger, Austrian Health Minister, among others, are part of this international corporate criminal syndicate which has developed, produced, stockpiled and employed biological weapons to eliminate the population of the U.S. and other countries for financial and political gain.

Govt secures strategic stock of swine flu vaccine

The Government has agreed in principle to offer frontline health staff and emergency personnel vaccination against Swine Flu, the new pandemic influenza A (H1N1) virus.

The Ministry of Health has ordered an initial supply of 300,000 doses of a vaccine from Baxter Healthcare, under one of its two existing agreements for pandemic influenza vaccine. This is sufficient for 150,000 workers.

Health Minister Tony Ryall said having the vaccine is primarily an insurance policy. “We want to be in the position of having the vaccine and not needing it, rather than the other way around.”

“Global demand for vaccines is high, so we have secured sufficient vaccine for this priority group of New Zealanders. In addition to this purchase we have a long-standing option to access more vaccine if required under existing supply agreements with Australian vaccine maker CSL.”

The vaccine is due for delivery within the month but it will not be used for an immunisation programme unless it is licensed by Medsafe.

“Before it can be used, the vaccine has to be assessed by Medsafe in New Zealand. Medsafe will review data from clinical trials to determine the vaccine’s quality, safety and effectiveness. A licensing decision is expected by the end of this year. The pandemic could last up to 18 months to two years so this purchase is strategic.”

Mr Ryall said that currently the new pandemic influenza virus was resulting in a mild illness for most people.

“Vaccination is an important tool, but not the only tool in the country’s armoury against this new virus.”

“To re-emphasise, tried and proven hygiene measures are our first line of defence: frequent and thorough hand washing and drying; covering coughs and sneezes and staying away from other people if you’re sick are simple steps everyone can take to protect themselves and the wider community.”

The NZ Health Minister should be aware that while no international regulator of medicines might yet be giving credence to the concerns Penny Bright has raised concerning Baxter, the Austrian police are as you can see from the letter I attach.

This is an invitation by the Austrian anti terrorism unit to me to discuss Baxter’s deliberate contamination of material with 72 kilos of live bird flu. I have blanked out sensitive data for obvious reasons.

This is, therefore, no a regulatory issue as the Health Minister implies but a criminal case. Aso, the the Health Minister in Austria is himself under suspicion in this criminal case as far as he was forced to implicate himself in a cover up when he answered parliamentary questions as he was obliged by law to do within the 8 week period permitted to him.

The Health Minister should be aware that charges are soon to be filed against his Austrian counterpart and other government officials for their role in facilitating the activites of an international corporate crime syndicate for which there is overwhelming proof.

The police will be asked to investigate whether there are any financial or other links between the Health Minister and Baxter in Austria that motivate him to wilfully, systematically and deliberately ignore the dangers Baxter poses to the health of the Austrian people and to facilitate their access to significant public funds and contracts.

Furthermore, the Health Minister Tony Ryall should be aware that, since these charges contain the allegation of an international crime syndicate, he could also find himself at the center of an investigation for the way he is deliberately, systematically and wilfully ignoring the criminal case ongoing here in Austria – a case far more grave than any concerns raised by a regulator of medicines.

BECAUSE OF THE URGENCY AND PUBLIC INTEREST IN THESE MATTERS PLEASE REPLY

1) Please provide the information which confirms to what degree, and upon what lawful basis regarding the ‘duty of care’ the Minister can assure New Zealand that the Baxter A/H1N1 influenza vaccine has been adequately tested before its release in NZ.

2) Please provide the information which confirms to what extent vaccines produced by Baxter International Inc. are currently being used in New Zealand for the ’swine flu’, ‘bird flu’ or any other type of flu.

3)Given that Baxter was recently found to have contaminated its seasonal influenza (H3N2) vaccine with live H5N1 avian “bird flu” influenza virus, please provide the information which explains why the Ministry of Health decided to choose Baxter as the supplier of influenza vaccine for New Zealand for the A/H1N1 “swine flu” influenza outbreak.

4) If the Ministry of Health was unaware of Baxter’s record of manufacturing seasonal influenza vaccine contaminated with live avian H5N1(or bird flu) influenza virus when the order with Baxter was placed, now that the Minister is aware fact that Baxter either has criminally negligent manufacturing practices, or intentionally produced contaminated seasonal influenza vaccine, please provide the information which confirms why the Ministry of Health is not planning to cancel the order for A/H1N1 vaccine from Baxter International.

5) Given Baxter’s record of distributing of seasonal influenza vaccine contaminated with live avian influenza virus, in the event that the Minister still considers Baxter to be a suitable supplier of A/H1N1 vaccine to New Zealand, please provide the information which confirms what steps has he put in place for independent NZ-based testing of the vaccine prior to its use here to ensure that the vaccine supplied to NZers is not contaminated with live bird flu virus, or any other unlabelled contaminant that may cause adverse health effects to the recipient or people to whom the recipient could potentially infect.

6) Please provide the information which confirms how scientists with appropriate and relevant skills and experience will be selected to undertake this testing so that those who are not suitable (such as those who may have a conflict of interest in terms of prior relationships with Baxter or competing pharmaceutical companies, ownership of shares in these companies, a personal record of poor professional ethics such as failing to disclose previous conflicts of interest, support for global population reduction or eugenics etc) can be excluded to ensure that the testing of the vaccine can be done properly and without bias.

7) Please provide the information which confirms the existence of a ‘Register of Interests’ (or the like), for ALL persons directly employed, or contracted by the Ministry of Health where potential ‘conflicts of interest’, are identified and recorded, such as:

a)prior employment, (or other) relationships with pharmaceutical companies
b) ownership of shares in pharmaceutical companies

Please provide the information which confirms the existence of a ‘Register of Interests’ (or the like), for ALL persons directly employed, or contracted by MedSafe, where potential ‘conflicts of interest’, are identified and recorded, such as:

a)prior employment, (or other) relationships with pharmaceutical companies
b) ownership of shares in pharmaceutical companies

9) Please provide the information which confirms that the Minister will guarantee to make the full results of any and all such testing public.

10) Given the consent forms produced by the Ministry of Health in many prior mass vaccination campaigns (recently notable examples include the MeNZB campaign and the Gardasil campaign) have failed to disclose to potential vaccine recipients (and/or their parents/guardians) significant information that is necessary in order to make an informed decision please provide the information which confirms that the Minister will undertake to ensure that consent forms given to people who are offered the A/H1N1 vaccine are comprehensive, accurate and are designed in such a way to facilitate people making an informed choice about whether or not to accept this vaccine, rather than be designed to frighten people into accepting this vaccine.

11) Please provide the information which confirms that the Minister will guarantee that any consent forms to be signed by potential recipients, parents or guardians will include information as to the processes used to manufacture the vaccine, all vaccine ingredients, all known and reasonably anticipated vaccine side effects and the duration of the vaccine’s testing process and length of time that vaccine recipients have been followed up in safety studies, as well as the many different strategies available to prevent and/or treat the illness for individuals who decide against vaccination or if the vaccine fails to prevent the disease etc)

12) In the event that Baxter’s inadequately tested A/H1N1 “swine flu” vaccine causes injuries or deaths to its recipients either in the short or long term, please provide the information which confirms the plans has the Minister has made to compensate affected individuals and their surviving family members.

13) In the event that the Minister decides to use Baxter’s A/H1N1 vaccine without first conducting independent testing to ensure that it is free from live viruses (or other contaminants) and the use of Baxter’s A/H1N1 vaccine causes an epidemic of a new strain of influenza or novel infectious disease, please provide the information which confirms what plans the Minister has made to compensate individuals (who could become acutely or chronically ill, be left disabled or die) either as a result of being injected with the vaccine or by contracting the infection from an individual who had been vaccinated with Baxter’s A/H1N1 or a community contact who had contracted the infection from a vaccinee or someone else who had been in contact with a vaccinee.

14) Please provide the information which confirms the definition of the “first responders” to whom the 300,000 doses of Baxter’s A/H1N1 vaccine have been purchased. Are they:

a) Health professionals?
b) Firefighters?
c) Electricity and Telecommunications workers?
d) Teachers?
e)Vulnerable groups in the community such as the elderly or young children?

15) Please provide the information which confirms that the Minister can assure the NZ public that at no time during the WHO H1N1 pandemic will the human rights of “first responders” (or any other group of people to whom Baxter’s or any other manufacturer’s H1N1 vaccine is offered) will be respected and that vaccination will at no time become compulsory.

16) Please provide the information which confirms that the Minister can guarantee that people who decide against accepting the H1N1 vaccine will not suffer discrimination in the workplace such as suspension, change of duties, dismissal and that unvaccinated children will be allowed to continue to attend their normal pre-school or school as usual.

17) Considering that people who suffer from asthma are at greater risk of complications from influenza in general and that appropriate diet and nutritional supplements can help improve resistance to infection, reduce mucous in the airways and reduce inflammation, please provide the information which confirms that why the Minister has not made education about diet and nutritional medicine a basic part of asthma management rather than relying almost wholly on drug therapies for this chronic condition.

More than 132 million doses of the swine flu vaccine have been ordered

Plans to fast-track the swine flu vaccine in Britain came under fire from World Health Organisation chiefs today.

The Department of Health plans to make the vaccine available at least two months earlier than in America.

More than 132million doses have been ordered with the first batch due to arrive next month.

However, Dr Keiji Fukuda, the WHO's flu chief, today warned about the potential dangers of the untested vaccine: "There are certain areas where you simply do not try to make any economies. One of the things which cannot be compromised is the safety of vaccines."

The European Medicines Agency, the drug regulatory body for the EU, is accelerating the approval process for the vaccine, allowing firms to bypass large-scale human trials and instead test a vaccine based on bird flu.

Countries including Britain, Greece, France and Sweden plan to start using it as soon as it is cleared.

The Department of Health said it was "extremely irresponsible" to suggest Britain would use an unsafe vaccine. A spokesman said: "Over 40,000 doses of the vaccine which the swine flu vaccines are based on have been given without any safety concerns."

The plan comes amid growing public concern over the outbreak.

A cruise ship packed with 160 British tourists and hit by swine flu was briefly "impounded" by Italian authorities.The Ruby Princess, carrying 3,393 passengers and 1,196 crew, docked in Venice and was surrounded by coastguards yesterday. After a medical examination passengers, except seven confirmed cases of H1N1, were allowed off the boat.
