Nero's rotating banquet hall unveiled in Rome

ROME – Not only was Nero a Roman emperor, it turns out he may also have been the father of the revolving restaurant.

Archaeologists unveiled Tuesday what they think are the remains of Nero's extravagant banquet hall, a circular space that rotated day and night to imitate the Earth's movement and impress his guests.

The room, part of Nero's Golden Palace, a sprawling residence built in the first century A.D., is thought to have been built to entertain government officials and VIPs, said lead archaeologist Francoise Villedieu.

The emperor, known for his lavish and depraved lifestyle, ruled from 37 A.D. to 68 A.D.

The dig so far has turned up the foundations of the room, the rotating mechanism underneath and part of an attached space believed to be the kitchens, she said.

"This cannot be compared to anything that we know of in ancient Roman architecture," Villedieu told reporters during a tour of the cordoned-off dig.

She said the location of the discovery atop the Palatine Hill, the rotating structure and references to it in ancient biographies of Nero make the attribution to the emperor most likely.

The partially excavated site is part of the sumptuous residence, also known by its Latin name Domus Aurea, which rose over the ruins of a fire that destroyed much of Rome in A.D. 64.

The purported main dining room, with a diameter of over 50 feet (16 meters), rested upon a 13-foot (4-meter) wide pillar and four spherical mechanisms that, likely powered by a constant flow of water, rotated the structure.

The discovery was made during routine maintenance of the fragile Palatine area, officials said.

Latin biographer and historian Suetonius, who chronicled his times and wrote the biographies of 12 Roman rulers, refers to a main dining room that revolved "day and night, in time with the sky."

Angelo Bottini, the state's top official for archaeology in Rome, said the ceiling of the rotating room might have been the one mentioned by Suetonius, who wrote of ivory panels sliding back and forth to shower flowers and perfumes on the guests below.

"The heart of every activity in ancient Rome was the banquet, together with some form of entertainment," Bottini said at the dig. "Nero was like the sun, and people were revolving around the emperor."

That part of the palace — which sprawled across nearly 200 acres (80 hectares) occupying parts of four out of Rome's seven ancient hills — offered a panoramic view over the Roman Forum and a lake, later drained by Nero's successors to build the Colosseum, Bottini said.

Described by Suetonius as one of Rome's most cruel, depraved and megalomaniac rulers, Nero often indulged in orgies and, fancying himself an artist, entertained guests with his own performances of poetry and songs.

However, Nero did not enjoy the frescoed halls and gold-encrusted ceilings of his Golden Palace for too long. It was completed in A.D. 68 — the year the unpopular emperor committed suicide amid a revolt.

I have wondered this same thing myself at times when finding out so much along, sometimes it feels like "information" overload, but yet something in me will not let me stop because to stop is the end somehow and we have to keep on so we can expose more and more to try to help the rest of the asleep ones wake up.

I think this has been the biggest problem, humanity being in such a "sleep" state over so much and the evil ones sure have taken advantage of this and even helped to foment the masses stay "asleep" and unknowing of what all they were doing.

Yes I now think these evil "off worlders" have more to do with it all than we have ever known, working in the background and using willing greedy, ego based humans to do their bidding for them.

I have also felt like, since this planet is also a living entity in its own realm that is is just fed up with all of the evils that have been done on it by various humans and off worlders and tired of their crap and now we are entering this vibrational change, the earth as well as the peoples are being affected by it, but yet it has to happen in order to help weed out the evil negatives also.

We have to try to evolve to higher levels of vibration that is where we are headed one way or the other I think.

As for me personally I would love to see all of these good aliens just go ahead and make one big show and get it over with so that the evil ones can't hide any more and really wake everyone up once and for all. With all most know and the movies seen, stories, the internet and all the infos out there I personally do not feel it would be that great a shock to the majority of humans and I think they would accept it. Some might be confused yes and question much, but I don't think it would the shock that this secret government thinks and uses in order to keep hiding it all from everyone.

I think they hide it all because they are the evil ones and they want to keep humans asleep to everything they can. So it is way past time that the tables get turned and all the truths come out, all the evils be exposed to get rid of all of these negatives and get it over with. I for one am fed up with their evil games and I want it all to be stopped and let humans have a real chance to be free and evolve and figure out just what we really and truly are. We deserve this now.

MUFON witness statement: "On 8-15-2009 at 2:45am I was buzzed for about 5 seconds by a 4 foot round luminescent orb on the roof of the building that I work in, in Philadelphia . It materialized about a foot away from me, blocking my way and making a buzzing sound, it then took off and dematerialized in approximately a 6 feet distance. About an hour later at 3:45am I was walking through a machine room on the roof, near the same location of the orb, when I encountered a 3 foot tall triped creature. It was standing by an electrical transformer looking up at the conduits. I observed it for about 30 seconds from a distance of four feet before it turned around and noticed me. I was looking down at it! It had a beautiful baby blue eye which was moving rapidly, just one, a long eye lid and rubbery looking legs with bulbous feet. I could see it was starting to panic because it started stomping his feet like a mad skunk or jumping up and down and making a high pitch squeaking sound almost like a cats toy. I was blocking it’s way to the open roll up door leading to the roof behind me. I put up an open hand in a gesture to let it know that I wouldn’t hurt it and backed up towards a different part of the machine room, away from it’s path to the door, but kept my eye on the creature. I watched it walking down the isle slowly when it started to move. It stopped where I had turned to get out of its way, it then turned and looked me over for a couple of seconds. I couldn’t help myself and started to laugh at it. I felt like a child who saw a monkey for the first time or something! I got the impression that it was thanking me but I think I also offended it because it started to leer at me and it's eye changed to a lighter color. I could be wrong, it may have took a bow! The triped then took off running in the direction of the door disappearing behind machinery in the area. I didn't feel threatened in any way by this creature but I was quite sure that cornering it was a bad idea! In hindsight of this encounter I'm left with a feeling a of wonder. The buildings electrical generator was permanently shut down about a year ago.

On this same morning I'm doing my paper work in the control booth, and a larger than man sized Praying Mantis comes up to the window and just stairs at me for about a minute. I did not feel comfortable with this encounter considering the nature of this kind of insect. I sat there and didn’t move a muscle until it left. I have also heard screeching sounds in the roof machine room, in the direction of the roll up door which made my hair stand up on the back of my neck around the same time for 2 nights.

The next night 8-16-09 I'm mopping the floor in the machine room, on the roof and I come back to the sink to fill my bucket and there was a little springs and clip neatly arranged next to each other on the floor in front of the sink. I think the triped came back. There was no one else in the machine room. Was it trying to tell me something, were they gifts or was it trying to help me? I don’t know. Its a mystery! The triped may have been back the next night too, but I didn’t see it! It had moved stuff around like a toddler would have. It was into everything exploring I guess.

On 8-18-09 at around 3:00am I was witness to a giant bird above Eakins Oval with a 40 foot wing span or better, it had rectangle shaped wings and no tail feathers, I didn't see any feet or head either. All I could make out was the huge wings with all of the feathers moving in the breeze and there were hundreds of them, there were no primary feathers that I could see. It looked like a enormous kite. I'm a bird watcher and never seen a bird like this before. I was really quite fed up with all the paranormal stuff happening to me at this time so I watched it for about 4 minuets and decided to just ignored it and go on about my business before it did something really weird and unexplainable. "Wow " A Sumerian god come to earth! An angle maybe? I can take see an alien off my bucket list! Nothing else has happened since."

But we are our own" Bondsmen" as Dex has said many times before, so we are responsible for ourselves first. When the enlightenment is granted you through your "works" then the game changes. On reflection, it seems that the more logical sequence of events here (the navy’s vaccination program) is that some variant of the “testing a ‘genuine’ vaccine that goes wrong” scenario, rather than the more obvious “deliberately dangerous vaccine” thing might have been in play here. And if so, that’s equally sinister.

Here’s what I’m thinking:

• The military is essentially fairly protective of their personnel; they don’t put them unnecessarily at risk and naval officers and pilots are highly trained and comparatively expensive to replace. Testing a “dangerous vaccine” to determine its lethality is something you might do more “cheaply” on a population, say, in Africa or Asia, or on an island, not on a bunch of highly trained specialists.

• On the other hand, if they knew of some other quite lethal plague coming down the pike (from their friends at Fort Detrick or S-4?), not necessarily garden-variety H1N1 – which we know is not yet particularly lethal as flu goes – they’d be very interested in testing a possible vaccine for it to protect their troops in case the “real thing” escapes to decimate the population. They’d be very interested in something that would provide real defense to keep the military operating as all else goes to rack and ruin. That might make it worth trying an otherwise risky experiment.

• So the plan might have been to test a “genuine” vaccine designed to protect against a nasty. But since the [known] nasty could potentially be so dangerous, they had to do the test in an isolated environment: aboard a ship at sea, inoculating the troops and then covertly releasing the live nasty to see how well the vaccine protected the troops.

• The story says the men were inoculated in April, but it doesn’t say when they began getting sick. Normally a vaccine takes several weeks to build proper immunity, so let’s assume they waited and released the nasty somewhat later.

• But the vaccine didn’t protect as well as hoped. Most of the men got sick anyway, some quite dangerously including the Commander. They had to call in additional medical personnel from other ships who had no protection at all from the nasty, hence: they became sick too. If they’d simply been trying to determine the lethality of a “Trojan H1N1 vaccine” – why would they have put additional medical personnel at risk? They’d simply have waited to see what happened to the original test population. So they were clearly concerned that something had gone awry and were trying to save lives.

• Testing a “true vaccine against a real nasty” doesn’t invalidate any of the logic of doing it on a ship at sea per the information.

• Telling the troops that they were receiving a swine flu vaccine could have been only a cover story.

This scenario fits with what few known facts (if so) we have here; whether it’s the right answer remains to be seen. But it still suggests that the military has advance knowledge of some specific and highly lethal toxin of undetermined (hah!) origin for which they have been also attempting to formulate an immunity to be made available to certain vital personnel.

This theory suggests we haven’t seen the last of whatever they dug up from the fatal flu pandemic of 1918. Or out of the UFO crash at Kingman.

Anyway, still thinking.

Shirley Adams is the wife of Ron Adams, the mayor of Hardin, Montana, and answered questions for this article about the privatizing of the Hardin police. Shirley said that no such thing had occurred and that the Big Horn County Sheriff Lawrence “Pete” Big Hair and his deputies are still patrolling their city of about 3,500 residents, a town about 45 miles southeast of Billings.

I informed her that the Internet community and talk radio were rife with reports that this private security force is already patrolling their town and that they had stopped several people in town yesterday. Those same reports also stated that they were building some type of heavy duty gates at the entrances into town. “No way is that happening”, she said, “ I would know since I drive around town every day and would have noticed anything out of place” She said that her husband had been fielding a lot of calls from inquiring reporters and others peppering him with questions about the American Police Force contract.

I then called the B & H Casino, located next to the off ramp of the I-90 into Hardin, and received a friendly greeting from Danielle. She also indicated that no heavy duty gate was being installed next to the highway into town. Danielle said that she is a long time Hardinite and would know if something untoward was going on. Next I called the gas station across the street from the casino and spoke to “D”, who did not want his name used for direct quotation in this article. D indicated that he had not seen any unusual activity in town and confirmed that no heavy duty gate was being installed next to their gas station.

Now if this whole thing is starting to sound like the scene out of a movie or maybe even the sequel to Mel Brooks’ movie Blazing Saddles you may be wrong. We did confirm that the Town of Hardin, Montana held a news conference conducted by Becky Shay, the spokesperson for the “American Police Force”, last Saturday. They had shown up earlier in the week with three darkened out Mercedes SUV’s with Hardin Police decals on their side doors. She quickly debunked the fact that they were taking over policing the town and the decals have been removed. The decals included a crest that closely resembles the Serbian-Montenegro national crest making the vehicles look even more official. One of the APF principals, Michael Hilton, was born in Montenegro and has been using the vehicles as a good faith symbol in dealing with Hardin and Two Rivers Authority officials. Michael indicated that they are to be used at the new facility located at 1015 N. Lessard Avenue in Hardin, Montana.

Mayor Ron Adams pointed out that no agreement with the American Police Force had yet been approved by the Hardin City Council but left the door open speculation. He said that the Twin Rivers Authority had a deal in the works to lease out their empty jail facility for 10 years with the APF people that would bring a much needed boost to the economy of Hardin. He asked for that the decals on the “patrol” cars to be removed and Michael Hilton has complied.

The Associated Press reported:

“The lead public figure for American Police Force, Michael Hilton, said more than 200 employees would be sought for the jail and a proposed military and law enforcement training center.

Hilton also said he planned a helicopter tour of the region in coming days to look at real estate for a planned tactical military training ground. He said 5,000 to 10,000 acres were needed to complement the training center, a $17 million project.”

The private security angle came up in April 2009 when the Two Rivers Authority and the Hardin City Council started looking into the possibility of housing enemy combatants, currently detained in Guantanamo Bay (akaGitmo), Cuba, in their recently completed but still sitting empty detention center. In May 2009 a business called the American Police Force (”APF”) registered their domain name as americanpolicegroup.com. The next thing APF is making promises to the City of Hardin and the Two Rivers Authority in order to finalize the contract to lease the private jail as well as build a police training facility and includes taking over policing their town.

The APF has as of yet not been made aware that the State of Montana has a constitution that forbids the creation of a private police force. Those were called posses during the lawless Wild West days in Montana back in the late 1800’s. Citizens are now more law abiding and in fact the worst thing you can get caught at in Terry is going 29 miles in Spring Street’s 25 miles per hour zone. APF could be in the process of applying for the license but it would take the legislature or the Governor to give their final approval. Meanwhile better be watching out for one of those black Mercedes SUV’s to pull up behind you and turn on its siren. It could be the American Police Force hitting your town.

Studies on dogs found that vaccines caused them to attack their own collagen, connective tissue and reproductive organs. People who rigorously take the flu shots appear to have a much higher incidence of chronic disease like fibro myalgia, arthritis etc. Not to mention that the wave of bizarre brain cancers that has eaten its way through the elder statesmen of Washington D.C. is probably due to contamination of vaccines in the '70s with SIMIAN VIRUS 40 (SV-40). This linkage has been well-established and, although not discussed much, is known to the scientists in immunology and the CDC both.
