Russia ready to abandon dollar in oil, gas trade with China

BEIJING, October 14 (RIA Novosti) - Russia is ready to consider using the Russian and Chinese national currencies instead of the dollar in bilateral oil and gas dealings, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday.

The premier, currently on a visit to Beijing, said a final decision on the issue can only be made after a thorough expert analysis.

"Yesterday, energy companies, in particular Gazprom, raised the question of using the national currency. We are ready to examine the possibility of selling energy resources for rubles, but our Chinese partners need rubles for that. We are also ready to sell for yuans," Putin said.

He stressed that "there should be a balance here."

On Tuesday, Russia and China agreed terms for Russian gas deliveries at a level of up to 70 billion cubic meters a year. China also imports oil from Russia.

The Russian prime minister said the issue would be addressed among others at a meeting of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) finance ministers, who are to convene before the end of the year in Kazakhstan.

Britain's Independent newspaper reported last Tuesday that Russian officials had held "secret meetings" with Arab states, China and France on ending the use of the U.S. dollar in international oil trade.

The countries are reportedly seeking to switch from the dollar to a basket of currencies including the euro, Japanese yen, Chinese yuan, gold, and a new unified currency of leading Arab oil producing countries.

The Independent said the meetings have been confirmed by Chinese and Arab banking sources.

I’ve been contemplating the David Wilcock “disclosure date information” issue, along with some broader questions related to disclosure (of what?) that seem to be swirling about – there are a lot of pieces to this puzzle. So here’s my take on it, if you’ll bear with me:

Phatman, you are absolutely correct in your analysis that much real science has being concealed by Majestic/military-industrial-complex (whatever they want to call themselves these days).



The rabbit hole goes even deeper: there is considerable evidence now – I would say no doubt – that many, even most, of our most important and famous scientists over the past fifty years have been conscripted into black ops and did most of their most important work in secret. And it is still secret today. Again and again, after someone’s death we discover that they were in the pay/control of black ops. Carl Sagan is one example: he knew everything, but was prevented from saying anything but platitudes. Einstein did find a unified field theory. And you’ve pointed out, Phatz, the proverb that “nothing can travel faster than the speed of light” is one big lie, a hoax designed to deter other researchers from pursuing what Einstein – and others – really knew about the energy spectrum.

But, onward. What does any of this have to do with David Wilcock? Here’s where the plot thickens: David is unique as a scientific theorist and researcher in that he did not come up through any of the conventional academic streams where his talent might have been identified early on and “steered” into secret research. Instead, he studied hyperdimensional physics and related subjects on his own, using his brilliant mind to fit the puzzle pieces together for himself. And the inescapable conclusion is that David Wilcock has come to some correct – and must.be.kept.secret. – conclusions about the nature of scientific reality. So, of course, he must be stopped, discredited, driven crazy, etc to bring him and his work down. David is publishing his findings openly on the ‘net, and this must be stopped.

But David’s not easily compromised; he’s a tough-minded and independent thinker, sure of his footing and well-versed in the nature of reality. Hard to fool. (This is not to say that I agree with all of his conclusions. What I’m saying is that he has the guts to stick to his guns here and set his own course.)

So in order to destroy him, they first had to lure him in and find out what he knew. Enter Dan Burisch, who’s allowed by his controllers to befriend David, work with him, find out more. But Burisch & Co discover that David’s not taken in. Trash him in classic EDO style. Try again. Now other “insiders” start feeding David info, lotsa truth and a little poison… the classic method to set him up. They start intimating they’ll tell him more, but it would be dangerous (for whom?) so he’s got to keep his mouth shut. David now complies, curious about the truth but unwilling to endanger anyone’s life. Now he’s compromised, knowing more but unable to speak. They’ve got him because he’s trying – as so many have – to wander further down the rabbit hole.

And here, the “three insiders who’ve said….” ploy becomes the perfect setup for discrediting him – or starting to. Hello, Blossom…!

But the larger question remains: What is it, exactly, that David Wilcock has found that they don’t want us to know? My guess – and it’s only that – is that it’s related to his time-space vs. space-time understanding of interdimensional travel. What if David Wilcock has stumbled on the science of it all?

All the animal/plant/insect beings live here too and I included them in my outrage as I looked at those chem trails over Bristol the other morning, and was ANGRY. The more I think about it the more outraged I get! My pets would have gone outside as per normal, and my vegetables which I grow out the back, organically, were left open to the air (as anything that grows normally in the ground is).

Who gave anyone permission to do this to OUR world. I did not give anyone permission to drop chemicals onto my fruit and vegetables, nor me as I walk among them. I did not give anyone permission to poison my air, or my water!

Ferret, you photographed some good trails over Bristol. I've just been catching up on past posts.

I've been photographing chemtrail spraying operations regularly over my part of the world since 2001, and have posted photos of them on the various incarnations of the GT over the last 3 or 4 years. I even sent a couple of photos (where the sun had been completely blotted out and the blue skies totally criss-crossed) to the editor of a local paper back in March, 2005, plus a short article I had written to accompany the pictures, but surprise surprise, the Editor didn't respond, and the photos and short article I sent were probably thrown in his waste paper bin. I'm not like Don, getting his name and thoughts mentioned in the Washington Post. Mind you, this local paper was tiny in comparison, with a circulation of about 25,000.

Regarding the chemtrail awareness group you spoke about in an earlier post, who are planning to get into contact with MPs and government departments, personally, I don't think they'll get anywhere. I remember a few years ago there was a group with phDs after their names attempting to get Whitehall and the MOD to spill the beans and disclose all they knew about chemtrail ops over the UK, but they were stonewalled and ignored. They were probably barking up the wrong tree anyway, because of the degree of compartmentalization involved. The group responsible for the chemtrail programs are undoubtedly supra-national in nature, whose tentacles of control go well beyond the powers of elected governments and nation states.

Do you know if the metallic object emitted radio waves or any other form of electromagnetic radiation, CyberBird? Or is it a metallic sliver that's splintered into the hand from the worker's occasionally used knuckleduster?

Fascinating stuff, Shady. I reckon the man that this is happening to was interviewed by Kevin Smith some time this year, because this story of a stargate in someone's home and a variety of alien entities emanating from it sounds familiar.

This still image from the YouTube footage in the link you posted clearly shows a smallish, stick-thin entity skulking around a door. Note the protuberance on top of his or her head, that's unlike any feature-set of the Greys. Unless it's a quiff of some kind.

This picture looks a LOT like what I saw in my closet when I was 8 or 9 (about 1961 or so; shut up I KNOW I'm old... lol)

"I wasn't going to join in but this happened when I was about 8 or 9. I had my own room upstairs and the closet had the back open where you could get into the attic. Lights were on in the room; I was awake about 11:30 at night. I saw a hand (grey putty color) and then another one come around the edge of the door. Then a head and body. He was short; dressed in overalls of a shiny grey material and he did not move his legs like we do. It was kinda like Gumby. I tried to scream but of course no sound came out. I finally made some noise. He went back into the closet. My parents came in and my dad checked out the attic but there was nothing there. I didn't see him again.

Around the same time in a different part of town, my now brother in law, was up; he would be about 4 at this time; his brother was 6. All the members of his family saw a little elf like creature with a red lantern run up the hallway and THRU the front door (which was closed and locked). He says he remembers that as well as I remember my little grey friend. "

When my family was going threw the numerous UFO experiences in the early 70s. I was six - eight at the time.

One of the things I constantly saw just before or just after a good UFO / Alien sighting event in my family.. was the damnest strangest paranormal thing..

I would see be it broad day wake state (on rare occasions) or at night when everyone was in bed, or I was in bed and just laying there.

I'd see a Old style Colonial Ear Wooden Lantern

and a Glowing White to Red to Silver Sphere. Materialize out of the walls and begin to dance floating in mid air and bounce along the sealing. Almost the type of dance as if it were dancing to some musical tone..

The Lantern would materialize first poke in and out of the wall as if checking if the coast was clear.. then it would come out and followed by the orb like sphere (about the size of basketball) This happened numerous of times! They'd do their skit explore the room for about 5-10 minutes and then pop into a opposite wall and disappear!

Now I was young so it didn't frighten me! Everytime they showed up I was like "Wow!" Entertainment. With giggles and laughs. Of course my parents thought it was just an over active imagination every time I tried to tell anybody what I was seeing.

My brothers A and J though were different (being they in the heart of UFO hunting at time) they wanted me to cry out the next time I would see it and alert anyone around so they could wittness it.

But this Lantern and Sphere I guess knew it because they would only start to show up if I completely alone.

One night thougt. I was sharing my sister bedroom (our grand mom was over for a visit, so I had to move into my sisters bedroom) I was laying in bed about to drift off looking up at the ceiling when. The La tern materialized (popped) out of the wall right above my head (i'd say about 3 feet above) begin its dance followed by the Sphere and begain their routine dance..

So I inched my way out of bed and across VERY slowly not to spook them and shook my sister awake. An simply pointed up above her head at them dancing in the middle of the room towards the ceiling..

My sister Ingrid is two years older then I, being a girl she SCREAMED! LOL The Lantern and sphere stopped dead still in mid air and darted across the room into the oppositte wall (90 degree turn from where they came in) and they Never came back

But my Parents never doubted me again!

Man finds missile launcher in Comal County

Jarrette Schule was cutting down trees on his rural property Tuesday in Comal County when he noticed a green metallic tube on the muddy ground.

“I had never seen it before,” said Schule, a 34-year-old Web developer. “I looked at it, and it kind of looked like a missile launcher.”

Schule took a closer look. It was a long, forest-green metal tube. A decal on it read: “Guided Missile and Launcher, Surface Attack.”

The discovery was the start of a surreal journey for Schule. Somehow, an unarmed anti-tank weapon — or a very good fake — wound up on his land at Beck Road and Kirk Lane in the Hill Country, miles away from a military installation.

The launcher was deep in the wooded property far from the road, in an area he was familiar with.

“I don’t know if it fell out of something or if somebody just dumped it,” Schule said. “There’s some crazy whitetail hunters around here. Maybe they’re going overboard?”

Schule’s property in Comal County is vacant, and he didn’t want to leave a missile launcher unattended. So he loaded it in his truck and took it to his house in the North Side neighborhood of the Ridge at Lookout Canyon.

Touching and moving the launcher was a mistake, even if it was unarmed, a spokesman for Fort Sam Houston said. Old military ordnance can be dangerous.

But Schule spent Tuesday afternoon calling the FBI, Homeland Security, the Sheriff’s Department — every agency he could think of. He was stuck in a bureaucratic limbo.

“Everyone was handing it off to everybody else,” Schule said.

He was surprised at the amount of work it took to get the military to pick up its lost missile launcher.

Schule initially was nervous when he found the weapon. But as the hours passed, he did what most guys would do — marvel at the mind-blowing awesomeness of finding a missile launcher. He posted photos on Facebook and called his buddies, saying: “Guess what I found?”

Schule called the military police at Fort Sam. But their jurisdiction doesn’t extend off the post. Schule’s information was passed along to an Army criminal investigator, who visited Schule on Wednesday morning — about 19 hours after he started making phone calls.

The special agent walked into the house and saw the launcher sitting on the dining room table.

“She said this is the first time she ever encountered anything like this,” Schule said. “I got the impression it was kind of a big deal. Doesn’t happen every day, I guess.”

The decal on the launcher has a 13-digit “National Stock Number,” which is used to identify military equipment. The stock number is a match for launchers that fire Dragon surface-to-surface missiles, according to a database maintained by the U.S. Defense Logistics Information Service.

The launcher was built in December 1996. The Dragons, first manufactured in the 1960s, last were used in combat in 1991’s Operation Desert Storm. They were replaced by the Javelin missile system and finally discontinued in 2006.

Military officials were unable to say Wednesday who last had the launcher and when it was lost. The launcher has a serial number that can be used to track the chain of custody. That will be part of the military’s investigation, said Phil Reidinger, spokesman for Fort Sam.

At Schule’s house, he and the Army investigator had to wait for about three more hours for an ordnance disposal team from Lackland AFB to confiscate the weapon.

The team arrived at about 1 p.m. Wednesday and retrieved the device, ending a crazy experience for Schule.

“I thought just driving down the road, someone would just know that I had a missile launcher in my truck,” Schule said, laughing. “You think that way about the government.

But really, you have to make an effort for them to come get their missile launcher.”

More than 1 billion going hungry, U.N. says

(CNN) -- The global economic crisis has caused a spike in world hunger that has left more than a billion undernourished, United Nations agencies said in a new report.
The report says the stabilization of financial markets has meant less investment in agriculture, food distribution.

The report by the WFP and the Food and Agriculture Organization was released Wednesday, ahead of World Food Day on Friday.

Nearly all the world's undernourished live in developing countries, according to the report.

An estimated 642 million people are suffering from chronic hunger in Asia and the Pacific. An additional 265 million live in sub-Saharan Africa while 95 million come from Latin America, the Caribbean, the Near East and North Africa. The final 15 million live in developed nations. Should developed economies be doing more to eradicate hunger, poverty?

The number of hungry spiked as the global economic crisis took hold and governments pumped resources into stabilizing financial markets. The move meant smaller investments in agriculture and food distribution.

"World leaders have reacted forcefully to the financial and economic crisis, and succeeded in mobilizing billions of dollars in a short time period. The same strong action is needed now to combat hunger and poverty," said Jacques Diouf, director-general of the FAO.

"The rising number of hungry people is intolerable."

The report calls for greater investment in agriculture to tackle long and short-term hunger by making farmers productive and more resilient to crises.

"We know what is needed to meet urgent hunger needs -- we just need the resources and the international commitment to do the job," Sheeran said
