Hmmm... 2 good sized quakes on the Mid-Atlantic Ridge... I checked it out on USGS. There were scattered EQ's before April, one or two maybe a month, then in April there have been at least 10, most in the 5.- range.

Like to share with you our latest project. Hope you like it. Best wishes.
Crystal Clark interviews James Horak
This may well be the first time earth-bound humanity has been told the truth about our past - ever.
Should that be the case, this is a Great Day for the people on this planet - this is no small thing. It is entirely natural and expected that people will ask themselves, "How can we possibly know if this is true?"
As you move through each segment of this 3-part series, the answer will become self-evident: If we are able to turn things around on this planet fast enough, which will also ensure that we survive our own technology and those who abuse it, we will be in a position to TEST this story... I like that. :)
I would imagine some of you are wondering if I personally believe this story?
Yes - I do.
Blessings and enjoy the view, Crystal Clark
Crystal Clark is author of the books: Who Are We Really 101 - Return of the Shaman Who Are We Really 102 - When Tomorrow Comes
AUSTRALIA has a very complicated set of electricity rules - and they're rigged against you.
There is a move to bring some fairness to the system and with it, smaller price increases in the future.
But you don't have to wait for that, you can neutralise the price rises now.
And you can do it without sacrificing your standard of living or forking out a fortune on more efficient appliances. IPART has flagged that the average annual household bill will rise by up to $381 from July 1. Research commissioned by consumer group Choice and the CSIRO reveals five simple measures that would offset that increase. They are:
* DO the washing in cold water. Saving: $40 a year;
* USE the clothes line, not the dryer. Saving: $127;
* DITCH the beer fridge. Saving: $185;
* SWITCH off more appliances. Saving: $91; and
* INSTALL a water-saving shower head. Saving: $272.
The total saving is $715 - nearly double the rise.
"Do these things and you are going to more than make up for the cost increases," Choice's Matt Levey said.
But what about next year and the year after, you ask.
The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) is making a case to reform rules that dictate the size of rises.
The AER reckons the game is rigged in favour of "network businessses" and against consumers. In NSW, those businesses are state-owned. For one, the rules encourage businesses to spend up because they get a regulated rate of return on their outlays.
The rules also say if they don't like any aspect of an AER ruling they can "cherry pick" that bit and appeal. Recent appeals have added hundreds of millions of dollars to household bills.
One of the few stakeholders lukewarm on the AER's reform plan is the state government - understandable given that the second-largest driver of this latest power price rise is a very nice little earner for Treasury.
IPART, which backs the AER, yesterday said "network cost increases are higher than necessary" because the rules provide "strong incentives for the network business to invest capital in the network, potentially beyond efficient levels, because the prescriptive requirements of the (rules) can lead to excessive returns". And a big chunk of those returns come back to the owner - the state government.
You really can beat this rise.
But you won't be able to keep on beating them.
And that's why the rules must be rewritten.
Urgently.
Mr and Mrs Smith
NEWCASTLE Pensioners John and Cathy Smith have gone to extreme lengths to save power. No clothes dryer, charging the mobile phone in the car and drinking less coffee to save boiling the kettle. "Once we've had dinner the lights go off and we sit in the back room where there's a little energy-saving bulb," Mrs Smith said.
OH GOD NO. Not another $381 slapped onto my quaterly energy bills (utility bills) Where do these MONSTERS Get off 400 bucks extra F

Re: The Golden Thread, Volume 6.3 2012
So while many of us understand the recent rash of earthquakes is yet another indication the earth wobble is worsening, the mainstream media is making the darnedest twists and turns in trying to explain them. Here's what corporate ABC News is putting forth, touting the latest USGS soothsaying:
Corporate mouthpiece ABC News wrote:
Apr 12, 2012 4:13pm What Do All the Recent Earthquakes Mean?
In the past couple of days, the earth has seen a number of large earthquakes on different sides of the world. The coast of Sumatra was shaken by an 8.6 temblor, followed by an 8.2 aftershock last night, the USGS reports. Hours later, Mexico was hit by a 6.5 quake, followed by a 6.9. Then, there was a 5.9 off Oregon’s coast, followed by a 5.3 in California.
The numbers may look scary, but analysts at the USGS say this isn’t necessarily anything to worry about – it doesn’t mean the “big one” is about to hit, and it doesn’t affect the likelihood of a massive quake hitting anywhere.
......
Earthquakes are, by nature, random occurrences. Nobody can predict when one will happen, or how big the next one will be, the USGS says. Because they happen randomly, there can be clusters of quakes, usually in the form of a mainshock and its aftershocks.
"....they fall within the random category. It only seems significant because it is human nature to look for clusters and explanations,” [the USGS soothsayer] explained. “We see patterns, like constellations in randomly placed stars, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that there is any connection.” .....
Here a couple of USGS staffers try to follow the memo:

The N American continent is being pulled into a bow as Mexico is pulled to the west while the continent remains unmovable at its top. Is there a relationship between the booms in Wisconsin towns and the adjustments along the Mexican Pacific coast? Per the Zetas, there is indeed. Wisconsin has pulled apart in the past, and a growing crevasse http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ow6W0es4a14 in Menominee, Michigan on the peninsula above Green Bay, Wisconsin has continued to spread since its discovery in 2010, as noted in Issue 207 http://www.zetatalk4.com/newsletr/issue207.htm of this newsletter. As noted in this Pole Shift ning http://poleshift.ning.com/profiles/blog ... tery-booms blog, there seems to be a relationship in time between adjustments in Wisconsin and Mexico, which are going back and forth. Last week, in Issue 288 http://www.zetatalk5.com/newsletr/issue288.htm of this newsletter, we covered the booms in Clintonville and Montello, Wisconsin. Now the booms have moved along a diagonal line down to Baraboo! Meanwhile the Mexican quake at Chiapas has caused an adjustment up the coast at the Baja peninsula. Per the Zetas, no coincidence! Bara-Booms Remain a Mystery April 4, 2012 http://www.wiscnews.com/baraboonewsrepu ... 5062c2-7... A resident on Sauk Avenue called 911 to report a loud boom Sunday [April 1] around 1 am. About 45 minutes later, residents throughout the city called authorities to report a second flash and boom. A Baraboo police officer witnessed the first incident while parked on the 800 block of Eighth Street.
There Saturday-Gone Sunday-Los Frailes Facelift March 28, 2012 http://www.bajafisherman.com/forum/show ... -Saturda... Sunday morning the beach in Los Frailes disappeared - lost forever were 200 meters of beachfront by 100 meters deep. The red line is where the beach was the day before. The angler that emailed the photo in said the beach disappeared very quickly and is now a steep bank that appears to still be slowly eroding.

ZetaTalk Explanation 4/7/2012: http://www.zetatalk7.com/ning/07ap2012.htm We have described the N American bow as one where the tip of Mexico moves west while the top of the continent at Alaska and Canada remains in place. This pulls the entire continent into a bow shape which can only be relieved by the New Madrid adjustment, tearing the continent at a diagonal so that that the southwest of the US and Mexico move west and down while lands east of the Mississippi are torn away. In the meantime, the stress of the bow is pulling the St. Lawrence Seaway apart where resistance is slight. As we have mentioned, Wisconsin is pulling apart, and the rock strata there allows separation readily.
It is no surprise that a crevasse on the Michigan peninsula has been joined by booming in towns to the south as rock snaps in a diagonal line toward Mexico. Mexico very recently had an adjustment at its tip, driving the tip over the Cocos Plate. The land having moved westward, adjustments moved up along the coast. The Baja coastline affected literally touches the San Andreas fault line. It is no surprise likewise for these bow adjustments to occur almost simultaneously. On March 18 Clintonville began booming.On March 20 Chiapas at the tip of Mexico adjusted.On March 20 the Clintonville booms moved down diagonally to Montello.On March 28 the Baja beach disappeared. And on April 1 the Clintonville booms moved along diagonally to Baraboo. Most definitely related!
