Reinventing the World

In the wake of the Enlightenment, the notion arose of an intellectual elite, a distinguished social stratum that can be traced far back into classical history. The elite classes of intellectuals or well-educated people emerged in most European countries

The intelligentsia is a social class of people engaged in complex mental and creative labor directed to the development and dissemination of culture, encompassing intellectuals and social groups close to them (e.g., artists, mystics, psychologists, psychiatrists, scientists and teachers). It is the forerunner of what we can call the ‘psychedelic intelligentsia’ and today’s New Age spiritual fusion.

Utopian socialism is the philosophical root of modern socialist thought. Anyone can be a utopian socialist, but the trend emerged in the first quarter of the 19th century. From the mid-19th century onwards, the other branches of socialism overtook utopianism in popularity.

Societies are cyclic, always in a continual process of constructing themselves and destructing from within. Utopian socialists are forerunners of communal hippie life, intentional communities and cooperatives. Utopian nostalgia is exemplified in the Star Trek and Star Wars philosophy. Its dystopian reflection is The Matrix, the postmodern Brave New World.

Quasi-socialist intellectuals created hypothetical visions of perfect egalitarian and communal societies without actually concerning themselves with the manner in which these societies could be sustained. Yet, they shared a dream.

Jim Keith writes extensively on the subject in Casebook on Alternative 3: (Mass Genocide) As can be seen by the activities of US and British business, statecraft, occult groups, and “aristocracy,’ the Nazis were no isolated phenomenon, only one expression of a multi-faceted and murderous world wide game... Shortly after the collapse of the Third Reich... General Reinhard Gehlen, Nazi spymaster and Knight of Malta-to-be, began negotiations with Allan Dulles and the American O.S.S. Using Nazi intelligence networks as a hole card to provide for his own survival and the survival of his huge spy network, Gehlen made a separate peace with Dulles, resulting in the clean grafting of Nazi spy apparatus to the American clandestine services. This was the birth of the C.I.A.

Tavistock: Mass Brainwashing Institute

Tavistock Institute has long been known as the precursor to the infamous CIA MK-ULTRA mind control program. Some say the Nazi doctor, Mengele, was secretly trained at Tavistock Institute before World War II began. Special Intelligence Service (SIS) of MI6 dealt with all types of mind control. Tavistock was under SIS.

Tavistock’s agenda is used to topple governments. Tavistock’s objective is to eventually control entire populations between the use of drugs and sophisticated mind control techniques, including group dynamics. Sigmund Freud was Tavistock's first director, followed by his daughter, Anna Tavistock programs were used to program the postwar leaders of Germany's government, churches, schools, corporations, etc., from among the POWs who were easy to manipulate.

Research into the use of microwave weapons and their use for mind control began in 1950s at the Tavistock Institute, one of Britain's leading psychiatric research establishments. The UK institute was researching into ways of mind controlling the British population without them knowing.

Dr. John Coleman, former intelligence officer with Britain's MI6 and author of Conspirators Hierarchy, The Committee of 300, was one of the first writers to bring the world's attention to the existence of the pivotal role that Tavistock plays in shaping political, social, educational, and economic 'opinions', especially in the United States.

Tavistock, a progressive society, was founded in London in 1920; the Tavistock Clinic opened in 1920. It always had secret ties to British Freemasonry. Its aims include social control, information control; and control of the hidden information environment. Practically, this means it has control mechanisms in academia, multimedia, intelligence, and medicine especially pharmaceuticals. Tavistock is part of the global shadow government.

No group did more to propagandize the U.S. to participate in WWI and WWII at a time when the majority of the American people were opposed to it.

British oligarchs used Tavistock to shape and control public opinion in order to manipulate the British public (and later the American public) into accepting the notion that war with Germany was necessary in order "to secure a lasting peace." The plan to 'create' public opinion began in 1913 as a propaganda factory centered at Wellington House in London.

Funding was initially provided by the Royal family, but soon to include the Rothchilds (related to Lord Northcliffe by marriage) and the Rockefellers. Wellington House would grow into the Tavistock Institute in 1921 after the propaganda "victories" of the First World War and the Federal Reserve banking system (created in 1913) had been secured. Three elements combine to make the Institute unusual, if not unique: it has the independence of being entirely self-financing, with no subsidies from the government or other sources; the action research orientation places it between, but not in, the worlds of academia and consultancy; and its range of disciplines include anthropology, economics, organizational behavior, political science, psychoanalysis, psychology and sociology.
We assume large corporations have economic objectives. But we don't expect them to have a secret social and occult agenda as well. For example, we don't expect them to engineer arrested development and family breakdown. We don't expect them to use pop culture to foster alienation and dysfunction. But evidence suggests Tavistock and its sister organizations do exactly that.

Central bankers based in the City of London control the cartels that dominate the world. They finagled the right to print money based on our credit and quite naturally used this advantage to buy everything worth having. This might be tolerable if limitless wealth was all they wanted. But they also want limitless power: not just one-world dictatorship but total control over our minds and souls. Popular culture is engineered to brainwash each of us from cradle to grave. Trends and megatrends are manufactured, engineered by corporations.

Society evolves slowly toward "social efficiency" all by itself; society under stress, however, evolves much faster! Thus the deliberate creation of crisis is an important tool of evolutionary socialists. Does that help you understand the global drama a little better, or well-publicized doomsday scenarios?

Tavistock provided most of the detailed programs for establishing the Office of Naval Intelligence, (ONI). This wing of intelligence dwarfs the CIA in size and scope. The U.S. Government gave billion dollar contracts to Tavistock. Tavistock’s strategic planners provide most of the long-range plans used in the defense establishment.

According to LaRouche and other authorities, Tavistock organized and trained the entire staffs of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS), the Strategic Bombing Survey, Supreme Headquarters of the Allied Expeditionary Forces, and other key American military groups during World War II. During World War II, the Tavistock Institute combined with the medical sciences division of the Rockefeller Foundation for esoteric experiments with mind-altering drugs. The present drug culture of the United States is traced in its entirety to this Institute, which supervised the Central Intelligence Agency’s training programs. The "LSD counter culture" originated when Sandoz A.G., a Swiss pharmaceutical house owned by S.G. Warburg & Co., developed a new drug from lysergic acid, called LSD. James Paul Warburg (son of Paul Warburg who had written the Federal Reserve Act in 1910), financed a subsidiary of the Tavistock Institute in the United States called the Institute for Policy Studies, whose director, Marcus Raskin, was appointed to the National Security Council. James Paul Warburg set up a CIA program to experiment with LSD on CIA agents, some of whom later committed suicide. This program, MK-Ultra, supervised by Dr. Gottlieb, resulted in huge lawsuits against the United States Government by the families of the victims.The English Tavistock Institute has not restricted its activities to left-wing groups, but has also directed the programs of such supposedly "conservative" American think tanks as the Herbert Hoover Institute at Stanford University, Heritage Foundation, Wharton, Hudson, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Rand. Manipulating the masses is easy if you know how. There were gray eminencies hiding within the tie-dye patterns and sexy macramé halter tops who made sure that the sixties generation would burn out according to plan.

Those involved in the CIA's MK- ULTRA program (both handlers and handlerees), the FBI's COINTELPRO operation and, of course, the Tavistock Institute for Human Relations, where the Founding Fathers of mind control still reside. Among their alumni are Sigmund Freud, Carl Jung, Kurt Lewin, R.D. Laing, and other headshrinkers. There is a large statue of Freud near the entrance to the Tavistock Center, 120 Belsize Lane, a short distance from the Freud museum.

It is startling that the earliest (1883) Fabian society was called, "The Fellowship of the New Life," a group holding particularly to Utopian ideals and consisting of apostate evangelicals. This title is remarkable because it sounds just like a Kingdom-Now charismatic movement. And guess who was the first president of the Fellowship? The Anglican "Christian," Brook Westcott!!

Arthur Balfour and various Rothschilds also belonged to what was called, "The Society of the Elect," if that helps you to believe that these hungry men of power appeared to us donning sheep's wool. One could certainly ask the question: was the leadership of the initial charismatic movement secretly a calculated religious arm of this Illuminatist conspiracy? In later chapters, I will answer more closely to "yes" than to "no."

The Fabian Society was formed immediately after the formation of the Society for Psychical Research (1882). Brook Westcott and Fenton Hort, along with Arthur Balfour, were devotees of both organizations, if that helps to show that the Fabians were, not only of occult persuasion, but tied to the Rothschild political machine. After all, these men were involved with the Rothschilds in the "Apostles' Club."

Note that the Pentecostals/charismatics of the late 1800s came as "apostles," and that the Mormons, Irvingites, and other cults before them were also self-proclaimed as such. What is amazing is that charismatics today acknowledge the wolf-status of cults because the cults deny the Deity of Jesus, and yet the charismatics do not place their own movement into the same category...wherefore let me say without malice and purely for your consideration that Illuminatists can just as easily disguise themselves as Trinitarians as Unitarians/Arians. Take the Vatican as just one example, but also the Anglicans.

In a recent poll, one third of Anglican bishops said that they do not believe in the resurrection of Christ. How many more of them do not believe in the Resurrection and yet lied in the poll? It seems to me that such a situation could not occur unless the top leadership of the Anglican church were itself infested with apostates...although "apostate" here may not be the proper term to use as it is defined as a Christian fallen from Faith whereas Illuminatists may never have had Faith to begin with.

In the early days, the Fabian movement desired an attack on the United States, though knowing better; Cecil Rhodes had openly promoted that desire in his will. But world conquest had to come about by different means, it was realized, slowly and patiently. Cecil was willing to form a partnership with the United States, and this, the "Anglo-American Alliance," may in the end be the final solution as per the two horns of the False Prophet:
In those days [late 19th century], British Israelism was not shy. Its literature, such as The Anglo-American Alliance in Prophecy, or The Promise to the Fathers, published by Our Race Publishing Co., featured the masonic mummery of a pyramid topped by an all-seeing eyeball...The explicit message of the British Israel propaganda was, Americans should give up their mistaken Revolution, and reunite with their Anglo-Saxon racial brethren in the English fatherland."

Clearly, there were close ties between British Israelism and the Illuminati. At the website below of Barbara Aho, some very good evidence is provided for connecting Anthony Buzzard's father (also Anthony Buzzard) to Fabian leader, Dennis Healey, who became Britain's Minister of Defense. The father had himself been chief of Naval Intelligence. He and Healey, with others, joined the Bilderberger movement:
"A main goal of the Bilderberg Group from its official formation at the Hotel Bilderberg in Oosterbeek, Holland in May 1954, was to install a European superstate. The king or queen of England, as the head of the Anglican church, is considered a Jew by blood. That's the sort of scam that we are dealing with here, promoted naively by various Christian groups as well as by the cults. Anthony Buzzard came out of the Worldwide Church of God, which you may recall as the cult led by Herbert Armstrong, the propagandizer on your television screen for Plain Truth magazine and British Israelism. Buzzard started his own cult called "Restoration Fellowship" (a name again having the Kingdom-Now twang), and as the name implies, he seeks to restore, as do all the cults, 1st-century Christianity.

Not that I would in a million years argue with 1st-century teaching, but that there's a clear difference between remaining true to it, and claiming to restore it with yourself as God's chief over Christians worldwide...and then teaching that Jesus was not God in the flesh, exactly what Buzzard teaches at his website (mindspring.com)!

The term "Fabian" itself was chosen because it stood for slow and patient conquest. The Society was socialistic in its politics, but not by coincidence, for those Illuminatist groups who founded Socialism used it as the basis of the Fabian societies. I'm referring to the Bavarian Illuminati, which I call the "Rothschild Illuminati." It was through the Bavarian Illuminati that Socialism got it's wings, pushed all the more by the Jewish Illuminatist, Karl Marx, another apostate. Theosophy in Britain, which was an extension of Golden Dawn and therefore of the Bavarian Illuminati, was an integral partner with the Fabian movement.

The Jew, Adam Weishaupt, yet another apostate, was the official (i.e. visible) founder of the Bavarian Illuminati (1776). It is believed that, while young, Weishaupt was recruited by the first Rothschild (Mayer), whereafter Weishaupt formed an occult group called the "Golden Dawn," reminding us of Osiris, the new "Age of Aquarius," and the New Atlantis.

It is reported that Weishaupt once said: "Princes and nations will disappear without violence from the earth. The human race will then become one family..." This smacks of the United Nations' agenda toward a global village under one authority structure. Socialism, the idea that everyone is equal, with no one acting as leader over another, is a Christian concept implemented by Jesus himself, but when ruled by the dragon bloodline, there crops up an obvious problem.

At the Aho website below, you can read that Fabianism was, in the visible world, the politics of Christian Socialism, initially devised by apostates from Anglican evangelical circles, explaining why the "new evangelism" was at that time a phrase coined by Freemasons. That New Evangelism is still with us today, and so be on the watch for it, or you might devote your life to it with bitter regrets in the end. It seems apparent that the New Evangelism has the purpose of building a global village, using Christ (and the Christian) wherever possible to advance itself.

After serving as Prime Minister of England, Arthur Balfour went on to represent England in regards to the League of Nations, the forerunner to the United Nations. How's that for a most-excellent display of patience and determination??? Or has the Fabian global strategy been, more truthfully, one set back after another? I understand that from one set back, the masters had to settle for merely the British Commonwealth of Nations (England, Australia, Canada, India, etc.).

The apostate, Henry Sidgwick, was co-founder of the occult Society of Psychical Research, and before that secretary in the Ghost Society. He was the husband of Arthur Balfour's sister. Moreover, Sidgwick's sister married the founder of the Ghost Society, Edward Benson (Archbishop of Canterbury). Sidgwick had also joined (1857) the elite and secretive Apostles Club (by invitation only). All of this was taking place while the Henry-Drummond Apostolic Church (founder of pre-tribulationism) was setting up an apostolic world rule with Britain acting as leader and therefore as the holy grail holding the "Messiah."

Sidgwick may have said, "I'm pretty confident that the whole scientific world will have accepted [channeling] before A.D. 2000.5." Admittedly, I can only find this quote on one internet website, that belonging to James Bruggeman, but Barbara Aho shares a similar statement (below). Assuming that Sidgwick did make the statement, then he must have meant that the New Age was planned for 2000; this is an especially compelling argument in that his use of "2000.5" shows, not an approximate/general time frame, but a highly specific date...like one shooting for a bull's eye.

Edgar Cayce (1877-1945) later predicted the discovery of the Hall of Records for between the years of 1996 and 1998, and the coming of "Jesus" for about 2000. Coincidence? Cayce, too, claimed to have been a "Bible-believing Christian." Thus we have here what appears to be a common scheme between the British and the American Illuminatii.

Whom do you think chose the year 1948 as the year of Israel's re-establishment? I'd say the Rosicrucians. You see, Isaac Newton (1642-1727) had devised an erroneous prophetic system from Daniel 9 that placed the return of Jesus seven Weeks -- i.e. 49 years -- after the restoration of Jews to Palestine. Note that the British Illuminati created the State of Israel in 1948, while 49 years added to that lands in 1997, smack in the middle of Cayce's period. Thus a Fabian (slow and patient) scheme is suspected that begins at least in the 1600s with Newton's circle of friends, but found languishing in the 1800s so that a long-term projection was set for the year 2000, at which point the next phase of the scheme should be introduced: the Satanic Millennium.

Sidgwick apparently thought that it would take about a half a year to implement Satanism worldwide after the Illuminati leadership gives word to install a dictatorial Socialism at the start of 2000. Barbara Aho points out that "Fabius Cunctator's strategy...was summarized in Podmore's words: 'For the right moment you must wait...when the time comes you must strike hard." Fabius Cunctator was a Roman general after whom Podmore named the Fabian Society. The point here being that the "striking" date would appear to be 2000.

The "striking" of the New World Order with a hard dictatorial fist is an idea found in other writings of Illuminatists. But I would like to convey the possibility that God may never allow that striking date to arrive, and not all plans of Illuminatists come to pass. Yet, be on the alert for a drastic change to occur imminently, and be ready with a self-sufficient property, for we are well beyond 2000 now, while Barbara's Fabian article also shares this:
"In 1887, based on his investigation of deceased persons believed to inhabit the spirit realm, Frederic Myers forecast the future of psychical research: 'I do not feel the smallest doubt now that we survive death, and I am pretty confident that the whole world will have accepted this before A.D. 2000.'"


Frederick Myers was a "principle organizer" of the Society for Psychical Research, and Frank Podmore was its Secretary. These sorts of men, remember, were the founders of Stanford University.

In 1912, Edward House published a fictional book entitled, "Philip Dru, Administrator." House was the chief adviser of the American President at the time, Woodrow Wilson, but was also working closely with the British Rothschilds. Of course, Woodrow Wilson is the "Dru" of the book title.

In the book, Dru creates a socialistic government after pursuing "Socialism as dreamed of by Karl Marx." Dru succeeds in toppling the existing government and replacing it with his dream: one man alone controlling all property!

Woodrow must have admired this fictional story line, if he was corrupt...Lord Rothschild was banking on it. The name of the Marxist world government...in the fictional book...is "League of Nations" (see http://www.wealth4freedom.com/truth/5/globalgov.htm)

Obviously, Edward House was an inside-circle Illuminatist who knew the plan. In 1918, just six years after his book was published, the League of Nations, in the real world, was formed with Arthur Balfour presiding as England's Foreign Secretary. By that time, Balfour was in the inner circle of the "Round Table," the inner British-Illuminati circle. Still in the real world (i.e. not in the book), President "Dru" Wilson went forward attempting to convince the US Senate to join the League of Nations. In 1919, Wilson met in Versailles (France) with the Rothschilds presiding over the Versailles Peace Conference, which included Alfred Milner and Edward House of the Round Table, Jeroboam Rothschild, and Edmond de Rothschild the spearhead for Jewish resettlement in Palestine.

Everything looked very good to the Golden-Dawn schemers as the war came to a close. But then, in the end, the League of Nations was not joined by the United States; Woodrow Wilson could not get the US Senate to comply. This was a major set back for the globalists. As examples, there were schools for teaching political-science and for promoting big business and technology. It is not a coincidence that the central preoccupation of Stanford Research Institute (SRI) is, to this day, big business and technology. SRI International is registered as a Silicon Valley non-profit organization; its website states its purpose of forming off-shoot companies...meaning that there's a thrust to form an international octopus of corporate powers...exactly what the British secret societies had been planning. The SRI homepage states: "We are committed to discovery and to the application of science and technology for knowledge, commerce, prosperity, and peace."

David Rockefeller was the founder of an organization that sought to bring Europe together with America, called the "Trilateral Commission." This Commission was founded in 1973, just as America's Universal Product Code and it's European counterpart were brought to birth.

In 1950, Bank of America asked SRI to create a better, more-efficient banking system. SRI went to work and produced magnetic ink, which was then a high-tech miracle. In the Freemasonic hierarchy, Stanfield Research Institute sits just below Tavistock Institute (of London); Tavistock is a controversial organization expert at changing the way the world thinks, and translates therefore into a invaluable tool for introducing the cashless society and skincode. SRI International is an offshoot of Stanford University. At the University website, I found nothing hard to connect the founder, Leland Stanford, to the Society for Psychical Research (SPR) in England. But I found two things, perhaps three, that maintained my suspicious enough to continue investigations until I hit pay-dirt. I found the following conversation held by two scientifo-occultists. One of them, Willis Harman, was employed as a professor at Stanford University and there became involved with global mind control. Below is a segment of the interview that begins to tie Balfour to Stanford University and the SRI:
HARMAN: ...That's true. In the early half and the middle of the nineteenth century there was a lot of interest in spiritualism and mediumship and what we now call channeling.
MISHLOVE: One might say it was the nineteenth-century equivalent of rock and roll.

HARMAN: But I wouldn't say that a very large fraction of the scientific community got involved with this. But there were certainly some eminent people, like the physicist Sir Oliver Lodge in England, and Frederick Myers in England, and William James in this country, and many others. MISHLOVE: Arthur Balfour, one of the Prime Ministers of England, was a member of the Society for Psychical Research.

HARMAN: Conan Doyle, writer of the Sherlock Holmes stories. Anyway, it was good company to be in at that time....

You can see that the topic is communications with the spirit world, but with a scientific twist. You can also see that Arthur Balfour has been cited as a member of SPR (in fact, Balfour served as SPR president). Oliver Lodge and Conan Doyle were both involved in SPR. Frederick Myers was invited into the Fabian "Synthetic Society," started by Balfour and having the purpose of creating a global religion.

Recalling that Westcott and Hort got the wheels rolling for the "scientific" Ghost Society (forerunner to SPR) in about 1850, and before that were the founders of the Hermes Club, you now fully understand that Harmon was subtly inferring these occult organizations when he mentioned the channeling of the "early half and middle of nineteenth century." And look at what Harman had to say earlier in the interview:
HARMAN: But there's really been a century and a half or so of research relating to this. The early hypnosis research was some of it. But there was a peak of activity around the end of the nineteenth century -- partly in England, partly here [Italics mine], to some extent in India -- where an attempt was made to really tackle this question. As a matter of fact, Stanford University was in the eyes of its founders -- it was their wish that Stanford University should be the foremost university in the world in the study of the survival of consciousness after death.

Like I said, pay dirt. Harmon, a world leader in metaphysics, tells us straight-forwardly that the scientific occult activities in England were extended to Stanford University, and that the British scientific-occult SET STANFORD UNIVERSITY UP AS A WORLD LEADER IN SCIENTIFIC-OCCULTISM, albeit it was officially the Stanford Research Institute (SRI) that went on to be the source. The Tavistock Institute in England had been officially formed just three or four years prior to SRI. Both "non-profit" organizations would work together in coming years on a lunatic Aquarian scheme with Harmon himself!

This Dr. Willis Harmon is author of many books including, "Global Mind Change, An Incomplete Guide to the Future." I can't wait for the complete guide! Will it give step-by-step instructions on how our leaders will use computerized memory banks in our skulls, or the reverse, humanoid machines? If time permits, yes, SRI and its kin-companies will look after it. In fact, NASA, working closely with SRI, demands humanized machines for space travel, and so why not mechanized humans? The German Harman family crest is similar to the crests of other Illuminati families, using two golden roses as primary symbols, a black central cross, and four identical symbols surrounding the cross. The name derives from "Hermin," which was a god of the Germans whom I think refers back to Hermes.

Global Mind Change is the method of implementing a Fabian (slow and patient) social structure under the New-Age Masters. Such "educational" tools as Gail Holland's book, "A Call for Connection, Solutions for Creating a Whole New Culture," are the diabolical weapons seeking to cause global departure from traditional ideologies.

Tavistock worked with Stanford Research Institute when the latter was under the headship of Professor Willis Harmon. This is the work that was known as the "Aquarian Conspiracy." Perhaps the greatest experiment of these mind governors was undertaken beginning in the 1960s. The Committee 300 is reported to have worked through Tavistock Institute in finding a method of controlling the youth of the land through illegal street drugs and anti-Christian ways of looking at life. One could suspect that this was the sudden abandonment and betrayal of Christianity as a lead-up to Striking-Day 2000.

The "Changing Images of Man" is a serious 314-page report overseen by the Stanford Research Institute, and was written by the president of Stanford's Institute of Noetic Sciences, Willis Harmon!!!

This explains why Harmon and Lambert Dolphin conducted LSD experiments, among other means of tampering with the mind. But more than re-education, this scheme was an obvious attempt to disarm the next generation of their wits so that Osiris in our face could be hastened in time for the Age of Aquarius. Armageddon upon these fiends is justified already, but common society must yet be indoctrinated into greater degeneration...witchcraft, homosexuality, child sex, and the love of murder.

America was, and still is, the number one target. The Fabian aim, aside from making Americans stupid and child-like, is obvious: to degenerate America's powers by turning American against American, student against teacher, child against parent, people against government, black against white. Remember Alice Cooper's, "we don't want no teacher's dirty looks"? The "Generation Gap"? The riots?

Harmon began ingesting LSD in the 1950s when Captain Al Hubbard turned many elitists onto it, and the latter deviant been netted a job at SRI by Harmon. At first the director of the Educational Policy Research Center at SRI, Harmon was then leader of SRI's Future's Department. "Educational Policy" is a nice term for controlling the type of education that students will have access to. But alongside secular education in our schools there were the "extra-curricular" teachings of the rock-music groups, weighing heavily upon those students who ventured deeper than the mere tunes, into the lyrics and the intended culture. And there was also the powerful television screen to exploit.

We recall the "British Invasion," worded suitably enough, the Satanic musicians turning the children onto hard drugs. After a rebel Rolling Stones, the Beatles introduced psychedelic-acies in LSD "trips." There followed a nauseating Black Sabbath, a spaced out Deep Purple, a demonized Led Zeppelin, a lunatic Pink Floyd, a queer Queen, a twisted David Bowie, a freaky KISS...until much of the youth were made to mindlessly rebel against everything -- not just their parents -- and to turn to non-Biblical lifestyles disguised in "love" and "peace."

According to Harmon's website, "Noetic" refers to "intuitive knowing." That sounds like the sort of thing used by seers and general witchcraft. But he admits the old-ness when he writes: "The new science is not really new. It is the esoteric core of all the world's religions." I beg to differ on the "all" part: I wouldn't lump Jesus Christ into that cesspool!! Harmon adds:

When we read, "wisdom of the great religious traditions and gnostic groups," we're reading Freemasonry of the Rosicrucian kind. "Perfecti" was a term used by Weishaupt and the Bavarian Illuminati, and by other occult groups, to invigorate their membership onward into the deepest radicals of the secret wisdom...most of which the leaders knew to be fresh-steaming cow patties.

The plan seems to be that the "successful" radiation treatments bombarded into the skulls of human test agents in Illuminati labs are going to be bombarded against the ionosphere so that they bounce back to earth over a large region and therefore into the skulls and genes of many peoples. Their "stun-guns" will be aimed at big cities so that if you're in a remote place at the time, your mind won't be affected...as much, anyway.

They are also white supremacists, wherefore you can gather much regarding their preoccupation in eugenics. The JASON group, experts in radiation and genetic modifications, is associated with Tavistock. And so we see that the religious fronts of these hard-core Illuminatists are merely for raking in their financing. Apparently, for some cult leaders, the more they bamboozle their members, the more enjoyment they derive from abusing them. However, do we imagine it to be any different when religious fronts are the more-respectable mainline denominations, the Anglican church for example? The Rosicrucian society, AMORC, was established in New York by H. Spencer Lewis, a man very likely involved with the Great-Sphinx project discussed in previous chapters. Lewis was responsible for the "Great White Brotherhood Lodge for the Occidental World." The organization that became AMORC was at first set up (in New York, 1904) as the Institute for Psychical Research, a name evoking the Society of Psychical Research (Britain).

Yet another white supremacist was Cecil Rhodes, which comes as no surprise since he was one of the highest heads of Rosicrucianism. The Seek-God website says that Cecil Rhodes was disenchanted with English Freemasonry so that he joined the Scottish Rite Lodge (Oxford) called Prince Rose Croix Lodge No. 30. Would it surprise us if at least one of the two horns of the False Prophet came forth from that lodge?

Now Spencer Lewis with Elbert Hubbard became officers in the Rosicrucian Research Society (http://www.crcsite.org/Wilcox.htm), thus revealing that Elbert Hubbard was a Rosicrucian. L. Ron Hubbard claimed that he was Elbert's nephew, but that apparently proved to be false. However, I found the following:

Interesting along these lines is Barbara Aho's claims that Discernment Ministries, supposedly a Christian organization exposing the Illuminati, had invited Anthony Buzzard to one of its meetings.

Recall that Missler (and Tim LaHaye) were/are devotees of the Council for National Policy, and that this organization was supported by the Moonies...who of course are deeply devoted to mind control.

A key and understudied aspect of full spectrum operations is how to conduct these operations within American borders. If we face a period of persistent global conflict as outlined in successive National Security Strategy documents, then Army officers are professionally obligated to consider the conduct of operations on U.S. soil. Army capstone and operating concepts must provide guidance concerning how the Army will conduct the range of operations required to defend the republic at home. In this paper, we posit a scenario in which a group of political reactionaries take over a strategically positioned town and have the tacit support of not only local law enforcement but also state government officials, right up to the governor. In the situation we lay out below, even though the governor refuses to seek federal help to quell the uprising (the usual channel for military assistance), the Constitution allows the president broad leeway in times of insurrection. Citing the precedents of Abraham Lincoln during the Civil War and Dwight D. Eisenhower sending troops to Little Rock in 1957, the president mobilizes the military and the Department of Homeland Security, to regain control of the city. This scenario requires us to consider how domestic intelligence is gathered and shared, the role of local law enforcement (to the extent that it supports the operation), the scope and limits of the Insurrection Act--for example maintaining a military chain of command but in support of the Attorney General as the Department of Justice is the Lead Federal Agency (LFA) under the conditions of the Act--and the roles of the local, national, and international media.

The Scenario (2016)

The Great Recession of the early twenty-first century lasts far longer than anyone anticipated. After a change in control of the White House and Congress in 2012, the governing party cuts off all funding that had been dedicated to boosting the economy or toward relief. The United States economy has flatlined, much like Japan’s in the 1990s, for the better part of a decade. By 2016, the economy shows signs of reawakening, but the middle and lower-middle classes have yet to experience much in the way of job growth or pay raises. Unemployment continues to hover perilously close to double digits, small businesses cannot meet bankers’ terms to borrow money, and taxes on the middle class remain relatively high. A high-profile and vocal minority has directed the public’s fear and frustration at nonwhites and immigrants. After almost ten years of race-baiting and immigrant-bashing by right-wing demagogues, nearly one in five Americans reports being vehemently opposed to immigration, legal or illegal, and even U.S.-born nonwhites have become occasional targets for mobs of angry whites.

In May 2016 an extremist militia motivated by the goals of the “tea party” movement takes over the government of Darlington, South Carolina, occupying City Hall, disbanding the city council, and placing the mayor under house arrest. Activists remove the chief of police and either disarm local police and county sheriff departments or discourage them from interfering. In truth, this is hardly necessary. Many law enforcement officials already are sympathetic to the tea party’s agenda, know many of the people involved, and have made clear they will not challenge the takeover. With Darlington under their control, militia members quickly move beyond the city limits to establish “check points” – in reality, something more like choke points -- on major transportation lines. Traffic on I-95, the East Coast’s main north-south artery; I-20; and commercial and passenger rail lines are stopped and searched, allegedly for “illegal aliens.” Citizens who complain are immediately detained. Activists also collect “tolls” from drivers, ostensibly to maintain public schools and various city and county programs, but evidence suggests the money is actually going toward quickly increasing stores of heavy weapons and ammunition. They also take over the town web site and use social media sites to get their message out unrestricted.

When the leaders of the group hold a press conference to announce their goals, they invoke the Declaration of Independence and argue that the current form of the federal government is not deriving its “just powers from the consent of the governed” but is actually “destructive to these ends.” Therefore, they say, the people can alter or abolish the existing government and replace it with another that, in the words of the Declaration, “shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.” While mainstream politicians and citizens react with alarm, the “tea party” insurrectionists in South Carolina enjoy a groundswell of support from other tea party groups, militias, racist organizations such as the Ku Klux Klan, anti-immigrant associations such as the Minutemen, and other right-wing groups. At the press conference the masked militia members’ uniforms sport a unit seal with a man wearing a tricorn hat and carrying a musket over the motto “Today’s Minutemen.” When a reporter asked the leaders who are the “red coats” the spokesman answered, “I don’t know who the redcoats are…it could be federal troops.” Experts warn that while these groups heretofore have been considered weak and marginal, the rapid coalescence among them poses a genuine national threat.

The mayor of Darlington calls the governor and his congressman. He cannot act to counter the efforts of the local tea party because he is confined to his home and under guard. The governor, who ran on a platform that professed sympathy with tea party goals, is reluctant to confront the militia directly. He refuses to call out the National Guard. He has the State Police monitor the roadblocks and checkpoints on the interstate and state roads but does not order the authorities to take further action. In public the governor calls for calm and proposes talks with the local tea party to resolve issues. Privately, he sends word through aides asking the federal government to act to restore order. Due to his previous stance and the appearance of being “pro” tea party goals the governor has little political room to maneuver.

The Department of Homeland Security responds to the governor’s request by asking for defense support to civil law enforcement. After the Department of Justice states that the conditions in Darlington and surrounding areas meet the conditions necessary to invoke the Insurrection Act, the President invokes it.

§ 331 – Suppress an insurrection against a State government at the request of the Legislature or, if not in session, the Governor.

§ 332 – Suppress unlawful obstruction or rebellion against the U.S.

By proclamation he calls on the insurrectionists to disperse peacefully within 15 days. There is no violation of the Posse Comitatus Act. The Joint Staff in Washington, D.C., alerts U.S. Northern Command, the headquarters responsible for the defense of North America, to begin crisis action planning. Northern Command in turn alerts U.S. Army North/Fifth U.S. Army for operations as a Joint Task Force headquarters. Upon receiving the alert for possible operations in Darlington, the Fifth Army staff begins the military decision making process with mission analysis and intelligence preparation of the battlefield. (Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield is the term applied to the procedures performed by the intelligence staff of all Army unit headquarters in the development of bases of information on the enemy, terrain and weather, critical buildings and facilities in a region and other points. Army units conduct operations on the basis of this information. The term is in Army doctrine and could be problematic when conducted in advance of operations on U.S. soil. The general form of the initial intelligence estimate is in figure 1.) In developing the intelligence estimate military intelligence planners will confront the first constraints on the conduct of full spectrum operations in the United States, as well as constraints on supporting law enforcement. The analytical steps of the Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield, or IPB, must be modified in preparing for and conducting operations in the homeland.

The steps of the IPB process are: define the operational environment/battlespace, describe environmental effects on operations/describe battlespace effects, evaluate the threat/adversary, and determine threat/adversary courses of action. (PSYOP was changed to Military Information Support Operations, MISO, by Secretary of Defense directive in June 2010.)

While preparing terrain and weather data do not pose a major problem to the G-2, gathering data on the threat and under civil considerations for intelligence and operational purposes is problematic to say the least.

"The actual plan for the matrix: Incommensurability, Harmonic Resonance, and the Religion of Technology" by Drew Hempel, M.A.

The below summary of crucial information is thus far almost completely unknown to the public at large.

1) I discovered that my concept of sound-current nondualism (see my Masters Thesis, "Epicenters of Justice") was already developed by the Philosophy of Science Professor Oliver L. Reiser. Professor Reiser's Ph.D. was on nondualism and he then published a early concept of the superstring theory and its applications to social society called "World Philosophy." (1945) Einstein praised this work as the best example of a unified field theory. In 1965 Reiser published his manifesto called "Cosmic Humanism" inspired by Einstein's work. Harmonic resonance is the foundation of this work through the application of the "Music Logarithmic Spiral."

2) Reiser's book "Cosmic Humanism" was held in the highest esteem by a think tank called the "Institute for Integrative Education." This think tank was set up by a Forest Products magnate, Julius Stulman and its office was then located at the UN Plaza. It's Board of Directors included the family that directed the nondualist Theosophist Society and it also included scientists from Harvard and Yale. The goal of this Institute, as spelled out in their flagship academic journal, "Main Currents in Modern Thought" (1940-1975) was to review all prominent academic journals and integrate all knowledge to the goals of nondualist theosophy. With this in mind the journal had a very advanced interest in eastern philosophy, paranormal research, eugenics, higher dimensional physics and social engineering.

3) In 1936, Dr. Reiser, introduced and promoted the concept of "radio-eugenics" in the scientific Journal of Heredity. This entails applications of radiation for evolution. In 1945 Dr. Reiser was impressed by think tank founder Julius Stulman's article called "Applied Energy to Human Relations." In the 1965 publication of "Cosmic Humanism" that is highly praised by Stulman's Institute for Integrative Education, the concept of radio-eugenics is promoted in synthesis with the concept of nondual harmonic resonance. Dr. Reiser states that we learned from Hiroshima and Nagasaki that not only does radiation cause massive destruction but that even those who survive "the baptism by fire" have children with severe birth defects. He then states that unfortunately that is how evolution works and that hopefully with the proper applied harmonic resonance of radiation then a new human society and a new "World Sensorium" will be achieved. The "World Sensorium" of Dr. Reiser is based on utilizing the radiation of the ionosphere, amplifying it with high technology, and applying it globally to cause mutations. The effect is to achieve not only a higher dimensional reality but to harness the zero-point energy.

4) In 1965 Julius Stulman founder of the Institute for Integrative Education, with the recommendation of the UN Technical Administrator, sets up the World Institute, in collaboration with the Insititute for Advanced Studies at Princeton. The World Institute is to oversee the direction of technology for the globe and it advises with presidents worldwide. Meanwhile Dr. Reiser's work is published in the Sri Aurobindo Ashram newsletter and Sri Aurobindo's students propose that the future body of humanity will be radioactive (Letters on Yoga III). The Music Logarithmic Spiral is published in the journal "Darshana International."

5) In 1975 Dr. Reiser publishes "Cosmic Humanism and World Unity" (Gordon and Beech) as part of a series for the World Institute. This book calls the plan for the World Sensorium, "The matrix" several times and states that, in concept, it is closest to H.G. Well's 1936 proposal for a "World Brain" to the Freemasonic Royal Institute for International Affairs the source for the Council of Foreign Relations. H.G. Wells was not just a science fiction writer, he was the head of British secret intelligence during World War One and he was the mouthpiece for the global elite policy makers. The World Brain was inspired by the NeoPlatonic concept of the matrix outlined by Professor John Ruskin, a favorite source of inspiration for the Royal Institute of International Affairs.

6) Dr. Reiser states that his main collaborator in creating "the matrix" is Dr. Andrija Puharich. Dr. Puharich has been recently exposed as a top CIA funded mind control scientist focusing on higher dimensions and a high level Theosophist by Dr. Jacque Vallee (1974) and by Clive Prince and Lynn Picknett (1998). Both Puharich and Reiser called for the creation for a new techno-spirituality global religion. Dr. Puharich called the plan for the matrix, "Psi-Plasma." He described the NeoPlatonic Harmony of the Spheres that, as elaborated by Reiser, includes artificial intelligence, zero-point energy, techno-samadhi, biological holograms, plasma and lasers, galatic manipulation of higher dimensions. Dr. Reiser explictly describes the evolution of the matrix by stating that the Earth is an egg and in the egg is an embryo. The embryo feeds off the humans, animals and plants, as the ectoderm and entoderm of the egg, in order to create the new World Mother or the matrix, the Sub-Stance or Psi-Plasma of Nondualism. Again unfortunately, according to this plan, most of humanity and the environment are seen as necessary costs to developing the next level of evolution. Humans are to be the "electronic tubes" or "neurblasts" for "the matrix." (1975, "Cosmic Humanism and World Unity")



7) Dr. Puharich was the main promoter of an elite nondualist secret society based on the Council of Nine -- a higher dimensional ennead that are considered to be aspects of the Nondual God and to be sources of higher intelligence. This Council of Nine is traced back to ancient India and ancient Egypt (see Prince and Picknett's "The Stargate Conspiracy" and Jacque Bergier's "Morning of the Magicians"). Central to the Council of Nine's secret knowledge is the connection between music theory, geometry, algebra and higher dimensional reality. As documented in "The Stargate Conspiracy," many prominent policy makers and society elite have been part of the promotion of the secret Council of Nine, including Gene Rodenberry, Al Gore, and Senator Clairborne Pell.

8) Through the Theosophist academic think tanks, several Professors have published research into the secret origins of this harmonic resonance higher dimensional knowledge, most prominently Eric Temple Bell, Johns Hopkins Chemist C. H. Andrews book "The Symphony of Life," and musicology Professor Ernest McClain. There are many others, including a Harvard geologist, a Yale physicist, and a Berkeley mathematics Professor, Dr. Abraham Seidenberg. Seidenberg has been given prominent attention in recent Advaita Vedanta research because he documents the origins of the Pythagorean Theorem as far back as 3,000 B.C. in Vedic India. In several essays in prominent academic journals, Seidenberg states that the concept of incommensurability or paradox of the infinite, was established worldwide through human sacrifice altar rituals that maintained creation through the cosmic separation of heaven and earth. (Note versus the union of heaven and earth by humanity -- the explicit goal of Taoist harmonics and OM nondualism).

9) The prominence of music theory in the issue of incommensurability and paradoxes of the infinite has been confirmed to me by recent correspondence with Mathematics Professor Luigi Borzacchini (University of Bari, Italy). Still unpublished, his paper, "Incommensurability, Music and Continuum: A cognitive approach" documents that a radical transformation occurred in science and philosophy with Plato and his colleague, the military general and mechanical engineer Archytas. Plato and Archytas were worshippers of Dionysus, the horned god of the underworld and chaos. The equivalent of Dionysus in Egypt is Set, a parallel to the forces of disruption or Satan in Judaism. The essential aspect of Plato's philosophy was the limitation of the Infinite Cosmic Mother into the finite geometrical Grand Architect or Great Geometrician of the Universe. This involved a conscious corruption of Pythagorean shamanic-yoga based on complimentary opposites of infinite natural harmonics (Pythagoras' 1:2:3:4 is equivalent to OM and yin/yang). The link between Freemasonry and Theosophy is well-documented in "The Stargate Conspiracy." Many new age gurus have been linked to the CIA and to these theosophist think tanks, included Drunvalo Melchizadek, James Hurtak, and Jose Arguelles who is the main promoter of Dr. Reiser's views.



10) The method of the matrix is containment of the threatening natural resonance of the Cosmic Mother, then destruction, then standardization through dead artificial intelligence. The first example of this religion of technology is the creation of the square root of two. As the University of Nebraska Philosophy Professors, P. Hugly and C. Sayward point out in their essay "Did the Greeks Discover the Irrational" (1999), there is no actual proof for the square root of two! It is an illusion and a deceptive charm of "the power set axiom." The first proof that approximated the square root of two was the "squaring of the circle." The Vedic priests, as far back as 3,000 B.C., demanded that altars be patriarchal squares, and that matriarchal female circles were heretical. If circle altars were built they had to be the same area as the squares. (Dr. Seidenberg, "The Ritual Origins of Geometry"). The squaring of the circle is a central theorem to the Freemasons. The second proof that necessitated the containment of the Cosmic Mother was the doubling of the cubical altar. The gods stated, as far back as 3,000 B.C., that a plague could only be stopped unless this was mathematically achieved.



11) Archytas, the military general collaborator with Plato, faced the same Demonic Altar Plague problem as occurred in 3,000 B.C. Many scholars have written about the connections between ancient India and Greece, explicitly regarding Archytas. By combining the Pythagorean harmonic proportions with the geometry of India, Archytas was able to give a proof for the square root of two, that also enabled standarization or equal-temperment of the octave music scale. In otherwords this proof extended the Yin/Yang, OM, Pythagorean harmonics into greater dissonance by containing the infinite to a three dimensional object of geometry. The result enabled analytic geometry and inverse proportions, central to western science, to be achieved. Unfortunately the technology is inherently against the natural harmonics of reality. This is why equal-tempered tuning, although conceived in ancient China, was not allowed for the society as a whole. Also in ancient China it was remarked that those who know the 3:4:5 triangle, based on the Golden Section and the Major Third music interval, could rule the world. Any supposed "sacred geometry" that is based on the square root of two is really just a promotion of destructive techno-spirituality.

12) In my research I was able to reconstruct the secret proof of Archytas, that enabled the creation of western science from music theory. Professor Bozacchini also has discovered this connection. The retired Boston University geophysicst Gerald Hawkins discovered this secret theorem as well in his research of crop circles. Also John Worrell Keely apparently developed higher dimensional harmonic resonance technology based on the 3:4:5 triangle. Keely's harmonic resonance findings that demonstrated levitation, disintegration, energy generation, etc., funded by the richest man in the U.S. at that time, Jacob Astor, were concealed apparently by the Freemasonic Skull and Bones society according to a recent book by Theo Paijmans. George Bush, Sr. former CIA director, is a member of the Skull and Bones Society. The 3:4:5 triangle is the basis of the logarithmic music spiral that will be used to create the matrix, according to the Theosophists and the CIA.

--- SYNTHETIC REALITY ? or EXTRA DIMENSIONAL REALITY ?

13) Continually throughout the research of the Theosophist analysts, it is clear that their goals can only be achieved by nondual mind-body yoga. Instead they are pursuing this goal through destructive technology and as both Sri Aurobindo and Swami Yukteswar both pointed out, nondualism can never be achieved through technology. Therefore the plan for the matrix, although it may destroy the planet, will never be successful. Always-already the Cosmic Mother will be waiting to embrace those who practice shamanic-yoga nonduality. The conscious suppression of shamanic-yoga nondualism by Western Civilization, is documented by Oxford scholar Dr. Peter Kingsley in his recent book, "In the Dark Places of Wisdom."

14) Recent plans by the current U.S. administration include microchipping the whole population, called "the Bioweapons Defense Shield" by the HHW Center for Civilian Biodefense Studies. FEMA is designing new emergency detention centers to be located outside all major cities -- possible to be used for "techno-samadhi" matrix states. NASA has advanced brain scanners to be introduced. Laser and plasma weapons will be featured in the next destruction of Iraq. Project HAARP plans to test, at full power, a vast electro-magnetic ionosophere spectrum through attennae in Alaska, Greenland and Norway. The Russian duma has warned that it could potentially destroy current near-Earth technologies.

My source on the World Institute that promotes radio-eugenics is the book: "Evolving Mankind's Future" by Julius Stulman published in the mid-60s.



In 1975 the World Institute published a book by University of Pittsburgh philosophy of science professor Dr. Oliver Reiser called "Cosmic Humanism and World Unity." That book is a follow up to an earlier "Master Synthesis" as Dr. Reiser describes it: The book "Cosmic Humanism" published in the mid 1960s.



The book published by the World Institute in 1975 still quite openly promoted radio-eugenics. What you may not realize though is that this plan is not just for
radio-eugenics -- it is for the creation of a multidimensional "World Brain" -- evolution of life based on the unified field theory -- exactly as described in The
Matrix. This is what Dr. Reiser means by "mutations of illumination."

"Cosmic Humanism" published in the mid-1960s promotes and justifies the following on radio-eugenics:

"1) Using atomic energy (radiations) to initiate the genic (or chromosome) changes which cause mutations; and 2) doing this under the guidance of a psychosocial field to control the course of the biological changes so that the form of emergence is determined." (pp. 528-9)

"The study of the biological effects of the atomic explosions in Japan indicate that the radioactivity thus produced can cause sterilization and death in those exposed, and possible malformations in subsequent generations of those born of the generation that lived through the baptism of fire to reproduce themselves.

"But we also know, on the other hand, that nature has always in the past exacted a high price for biological 'progress' -- which means that for every mutation that is beneficial many more mutations are harmful, and it is possible that the same ratio would be maintained on the human level. But we underline the possible. Perhaps the beneficial use of atomic energy (outside its uses in medicine) is a matter of selecting the right types and dosages (frequency and duration) of irradiation, plus the controlling influence of a mental guiding field. This latter would be a kind of psychokinetic effect on the level of biological causation." (p. 533)

I would like to dismiss this as a crackpot plan except for the following reasons.

1) The World Institute was created with the support and guidance of the ruling elite (by Domhoff's, Chomsky's or Mill's standards).

2) Dr. Reiser, quite simply, is a very brilliant, in fact the most brilliant theorist I've ever read. He was very prolific and his earlier book "World Philosophy" was supported by Einstein as the closest model to the Unified Field Theory. Reiser was, from what I can tell, not only the first scientist to discover what is now called the superstring theory, but he traced the validity of that theory all the way back to ancient Sumeria. He is very openly a Free Mason and he relies on the work of other Free Masons.

3) I discovered Dr. Reiser's work after I had finished my masters thesis (published on the internet as "Epicenters of Justice.") My research is based on the premise of resonance science as taught by Pythagoras. Pythagoras taught the unified field theory as an infinite spiral of harmonic energy-information, modelled by basic music theory. Plato, in Timeaus, wrote down this theory but repressed the infinite spiral into a closed materialist system called the "circle of fifths" in music. This model was Plato's World Soul and it enabled the averaged quantification of infinity -- mathematical examples of this inaccurate average are the "irrational number," then the "derivative," the "logarhythim," "spherical harmonics," and "systems theory."

Dr. Reiser calls it "Taming the Infinite" and his Ph.D. was called "Creative Monism" as he also calls "Nondualism in Action." My Masters thesis was called "Sound-Current Nondualism." In otherwords the basis of the Free Masons is a path back to nondualism (the unified field theory) through technology. The difference is that Pythagoras was a yoga master, trained in Egypt for 22 years. Pure consciousness is the only way to achieve the pure resonance required to achieve nondualism. This truth is eternal -- traced back to the Vedas, the Kabbala, and supposedly to Atlantis, and Lumeria, etc. Pythagoras' teachings were oral transmission of harmonic energy-information.

The recent Oxford Ph.D. by Peter Kingsley, "Ancient Philosophy, Mystery, and Magic: Empedocles and Pythagorean Tradition" (Oxford: Oxford University Press, 1995) proves the Plato and Aristotle consciously denigrated the nondualism of Pythagoras. Our language (the subject-object structure of phonetic language) is dualistic. This quite simply is the drive of the FreeMasons -- a destructive pursuit of nondualism through unbalanced dualism. The theory of nondualism is that everything returns to its source.

4) Dr. Reiser's proposals not only predict but fully explain the motivations and developments of today's destructive technology. Even the internet -- he called
"Project Promethesus and Krishna." He called for a Planetary Democracy or Federation so that individuals, through the internet, would respond to problems no
matter where they happened throughout the world. The whole process would be monitored and controlled from above.

5) Project HAARP mirrors exactly the ionospheric guidance field promoted by Dr. Reiser. All the conscious policies of genocide are motivated by "good intentions" of the elite (i.e. the thousand points of light of George Bush). This theory explains the good intentions behind the grotesque experiments in genetic engineering, the cancer epidemic from synthetic and electro-magnetic polluton, etc. david Noble shows the direct connection between today's technological projects and the Freemasons.

George Bush Sr., by the way, received eight personal energy-work or qigong treatments by China's "National Treasure" of qigong, the very powerful yoga master Dr. Yan Xin. George Bush declared Dr. Yan Xin to be today's world's greatest spiritual leader. In a western scientic published study (the journal "Material Innovations" Dr. Yan Xin has slowed down the decay rates of nuclear particles -- technically impossible, unless the superstring theory is true.

As I stated before, the University of Minnesota was the world's leading institute in eugenics previous to the Nazis. But, as well documented in Bertram Gross's book "Friendly Fascism" (South End Press) and in other works, the U.S. corporate-state elite were poised to side with either the Nazis or the U.S. government. In otherwords the corporate-state elite funded the Nazis and enabled their policies. On this basis mutlidimensional radio-eugenics is the next logical step of development.

6) Is it not true that "Floridation of the water supply" was considered a "communist conspiracy?" Yet it's been now well documented that the corporate-state elite deliberately promoted and enacted floridation of the nation's water supply in order to cover-up the continued floride poisoning from the aluminum and nuclear industry. It is in his article "Cosmecology: A Theory of Evolution" published in the Journal of Heredity, 1937, that Dr. Oliver Reiser proposes:

Radio-Eugenics -- more glibly described as "mutations of illumination."

In 1975 radio-eugenics was much further refined and still being promoted by the secretive WORLD INSTITUTE COUNCIL.

As its primary spokesman Professor Reiser states: "new DNAs and new fields of force are parts of the Archetypal Guiding Field which is the Cosmic Imagination." (p. 445, Cosmic Humanism)

So who is behind the promotion of radio-eugenics at the WORLD INSTITUTE COUNCIL? Only the top ruling elite of the U.S.

Its founder Julius Stulman was, "one of the most important manufacturers and wholesale distributors of forest products." Stulman operated Lumber Industries, Inc. and controlled the Lumber Exchange Terminal.

Julius Stulman first proposed the WORLD INSTITUTE to the grand capitalist economist Alexander Sachs, who in 1939, converted Roosevelt into supporting the
Atomic Project.

Stulman was then invited to present his ideas to scholars at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Princeton. Stulman discussed the WORLD INSTITUTE with John Van Neumann, Walter Stewart, Robert Warren, and Albert Einstein, all while the bomb was being developed.

In 1944 Stulman published an article called "Energy Theory as Applied to Human Relations." It was this article that caught the eye of Dr. Reiser, the promoter of Radio-eugenics in the Journal of Heredity.

In 1963 the U.S. proposed a clearinghouse to provide world-wide scientific information and guidance. Julius Stulman offered his concept of the WORLD

Clif High of the webbots has just issued a new 'woju' (audio file) message which might be of interest.

Right at the very end he mentions the financial 'puts' issue (for the 13th), so in a way acts as a validation for Kerry. But he suggests that they look more like the puts he saw before the Iraqi war than those before 9/11. He also says that the Baltic Dry Index is "falling to pieces".

He also says that 12th August (this coming Sunday / day the Olympics closes) is a very significant date in many ways; it is followed by a period of strange events economically for a few days ("like someone pulling the plug out the drain and lets it all swirl around and go").

Although he broaches many other topics as well (including Tavistock - is he reading Phatmans' messages?) his main thrust was Courteny Brown and the Farsight data related to what they see happening sometimes before June 2013. Finally, talking of the Olympics, its been a great success, there is the most fantastic 'feel good' factor here - London may have been over-run with visitors even more so than usual but everyone is smiling, friendly, etc.

However, I hate to sound like a doomster but whats on my mind is that just as our winning the games was immediately followed (the next day) by the 7/7 bombing of our underground railway and a bus, so will something happen immediately after the games designed to shatter that feeling of joy and replace it with grief?

Nibiru will come no closer than about 55 million miles away, so this will not be a near passage of a space object. But its so large that it is expected to affect Earth, even from so far away.

The first effect of its passing could include gravity waves which rock Earth and as side effects cut loose the Canary Island rocks (thereby causing a tsunami) and or cause a pole shift - it only needs a 15 degree shift to bring oceans out of basins. (ie: cause seas to overrun landmasses)

my thoughts include the "reeling like a drunkard prophecy" and the possibility of the planet's orbit being changed (a little). If this results in a Luna eclipse becoming possible during Ramadan then it will create a prophetic timeline pointer of great significance for the Islamic people

While in the presence of Jesus and the angels between heaven and hell, Storm was able to ask questions. Anyone can imagine what those questions might be, but here is the answer to one that everyone in the United States should take to heart:

“Will the United States be the leader of the world in this change?”

The United States has been given the opportunity to be the teacher for the world, but much is expected of those to whom much has been given. The United States has been given more of everything than any country in the history of the world and it has failed to be generous with the gifts.

If the United States continues to exploit the rest of the world by greedily consuming the world’s resources, the United States will have God’s blessing withdrawn. Your country will collapse economically which will result in civil chaos. Because of the greedy nature of the people, you will have people killing people for a cup of gasoline.

The world will watch in horror as your country is obliterated by strife. The rest of the world will not intervene because they have been victims of your exploitation. They will welcome the annihilation of such selfish people.

The United States must change immediately and become the teachers of goodness and generosity to the rest of the world. The Aquarian Conspiracy

In the spring of 1980, a book appeared called The Aquarian Conspiracy that put itself forward as a manifesto of the counterculture. Defining the counterculture as the conscious embracing of irrationality - from rock and drugs to biofeedback, meditation, "consciousness-raising," yoga, mountain climbing, group therapy, and psychodrama.

The Aquarian Conspiracy declares that it is now time for the 15 million Americans involved in the counterculture to join in bringing about a "radical change in the United States."

Writes author Marilyn Ferguson:

"While outlining a not-yet-titled book about the emerging social alternatives, I thought again about the peculiar form of this movement; its atypical leadership, the patient intensity of its adherents, their unlikely successes.

It suddenly struck me that in their sharing of strategies, their linkage, and their recognition of each other by subtle signals, the participants were not merely cooperating with one another. They were in collusion. It - this movement - is a conspiracy!"1


Ferguson used a half-truth to tell a lie.


The counterculture is a conspiracy - but not in the half-conscious way Ferguson claims - as she well knows. Ferguson wrote her manifesto under the direction of Willis Harman, social policy director of the Stanford Research Institute, as a popular version of a May 1974 policy study on how to transform the United States into Aldous Huxley's Brave New World. The counterculture is a conspiracy at the top, created as a method of social control, used to drain the United States of its commitment to scientific and technological progress.

That conspiracy goes back to the 1930s, when the British sent Aldous Huxley to the United States as the case officer for an operation to prepare the United States for the mass dissemination of drugs. We will take this conspiracy apart step-by-step from its small beginnings with Huxley in California to the victimization of 15 million Americans today.

With 'The Aquarian Conspiracy', the British Opium War against the United States has come out into the open.

The Model

The British had a precedent for the counterculture they imposed upon the United States: the pagan cult ceremonies of the decadent Egyptian Roman, and Babylonian Empires.

The following description of cult ceremonies dating back to the Egyptian Isis priesthood of the third millennium B.C. could just as well be a journalistic account of a "hippy be-in" circa A.D. 1969:

"The acts or gestures that accompany the incantations constitute the rite (of Isis). In these dances, the beating of drums and the rhythm of music and repetitive movements were helped by hallucinatory substances like hashish or mescal; these were consumed as adjuvants to create the trance and the hallucinations that were taken to he the visitation of a god / extra dimensional.

The drugs were sacred, and their knowledge was limited to the initiated... Possibly because they have the illusion of satisfied desires, and allowed the innermost feelings to escape, these rites acquired during their execution a frenzied character that is conspicuous in certain spells: "Retreat! Re is piercing thy head, slashing thy face, dividing thy head, crushing it in his hands; thy bones are shattered, thy limbs are cut to pieces!"2

The counterculture that was foisted on the 1960s adolescent youth of America is not merely analogous to the ancient cult of Isis.

It is a literal resurrection of the cult down to the popularization of the Isis cross (the "peace symbol") as the counterculture's most frequently used symbol.

The High Priesthood

The high priest for Britain's Opium War was Aldous Huxley, the grandson of Thomas H. Huxley, a founder of the Rhodes Roundtable group and a lifelong collaborator of Arnold Toynbee.

Toynbee himself sat on the RIIA council for nearly fifty years, headed the Research Division of British intelligence throughout World War II, and served as wartime briefing officer of Prime Minister Winston Churchill. Toynbee's "theory" of history, expounded in his twenty-volume History of Western civilization, was that its determining culture has always been the rise and decline of grand imperial dynasties.

At the very point that these dynasties - the "thousand year Reich" of the Egyptian pharaohs, the Roman Empire, and the British Empire - succeed in imposing their rule over the entire face of the earth, they tend to decline.

Toynbee argued that this decline could be abated if the ruling oligarchy (like that of the British Roundtable) would devote itself to the recruitment and training of an ever-expanding (demon) priesthood dedicated to the principles of imperial rule. 3

Thomas H. Huxley and his grandson Aldous Huxley

Trained at Toynbee's Oxford, Aldous Huxley was one of the initiates in the "Children of the (BLACK) Sun," a Dionysian cult comprised of the children of Britain's Roundtable elite. 4

Among the other initiates were T.S. Eliot, W.H. Auden, Sir Oswald Mosley, and D.H. Lawrence, Huxley's homosexual lover. It was Huxley, furthermore, who would launch the legal battle in the 1950s to have Lawrence's pornographic novel Lady Chatterley's Lover allowed into the United States on the ground that it was a misunderstood "work of art."5

Aldous Huxley, along with his brother Julian, was tutored at Oxford by H.G. Wells, the head of British foreign intelligence during World War I and the spiritual grandfather of the Aquarian Conspiracy. Ferguson accurately sees the counterculture as the realization of what Wells called The Open Conspiracy: Blue Prints for a World Revolution.

The "Open Conspiracy," Wells wrote,

"will appear first, I believe, as a conscious organization of intelligent and quite possibly in some cases, wealthy men, as a movement having distinct social and political aims, confessedly ignoring most of the existing apparatus of political control, or using it only as an incidental implement in the stages, a mere movement of a number of people in a certain direction who will presently discover with a sort of surprise the common object toward which they are all moving... In all sorts of ways they will be influencing and controlling the apparatus of the ostensible government."6

What Ferguson left out is that Wells called his conspiracy a "one-world brain" which would function as "a police of the mind."

Such books as the Open Conspiracy were for the priesthood itself. But Wells's popular writings (Time Machine, The Island of Dr. Moreau, and so forth), and those of his protégés Aldous Huxley (Brave New World) and George Orwell (1984 and Animal Farm), were written as "mass appeal" organizing documents on behalf of one-world order. Only in the United States are these "science fiction classics" taught in grade school as attacks against fascism.

Under H. G. Wells's tutelage, Huxley was first introduced to Aleister Crowley.

Crowley was a product of the cultist circle that developed in Britain from the 1860s under the guiding influence of Edward Bulwer-Lytton - who, it will be recalled, was the colonial minister under Lord Palmerston during the Second Opium War.

In 1886, Crowley, William Butler Yeats, and several other Bulwer-Lytton protégés formed the Isis-Urania Temple of Hermetic Students of the Golden Dawn. This Isis Cult was organized around the 1877 manuscript Isis Unveiled by Madame Helena Blavatsky, in which the Russian occultist called for the British aristocracy to organize itself into an Isis priesthood.7

The subversive Isis Urania Order of the Golden Dawn is today an international drug ring said to be controlled by the Canadian multi-millionaire, Maurice Strong, who is also a top operative for British Intelligence.

In 1937, Huxley was sent to the United States, where he remained throughout the period of World War II. Through a Los Angeles contact, Jacob Zeitlin, Huxley and pederast Christopher Isherwood were employed as script writers for MGM, Warner Brothers, and Walt Disney Studios.

Hollywood was already dominated by organized crime elements bankrolled and controlled through London. Joseph Kennedy was the frontman for a British consortium that created RKO studios, and "Bugsy" Siegel, the West Coast boss of the Lansky syndicate, was heavily involved in Warner Brothers and MGM.

Huxley founded a nest of Isis cults in southern California (SPECIAL NOTE) and in San Francisco, that consisted exclusively of several hundred deranged worshipers of Isis and other cult gods. Isherwood, during the California period, translated and propagated a number of ancient Zen Buddhist documents, inspiring Zen-mystical cults along the way.8

In effect, Huxley and Isherwood (joined soon afterwards by Thomas Mann and his daughter Elisabeth Mann Borghese) laid the foundations during the late 1930s and the 1940s for the later LSD culture, by recruiting a core of "initiates" into the Isis cults that Huxley's mentors, Bulwer-Lytton, Blavatsky, and Crowley, had constituted while stationed in India.

LSD: 'Visitation from the Gods'

"Ironically," writes Ferguson, "the introduction of major psychedelics like LSD, in the 1960s, was largely attributable to the Central Intelligence Agency's investigation into the substances for possible military use. Experiments on more than eighty college campuses, under various CIA code names, unintentionally popularized LSD. Thousands of graduate students served as guinea pigs. Soon they were synthesizing their own 'acid.' "9

The CIA operation was code named MK-Ultra, its result was not unintentional, and it began in 1952, the year Aldous Huxley returned to the United States.

Lysergic acid diethylamide, or LSD, was developed in 1943 by Albert Hoffman, a chemist at Sandoz A.B. - a Swiss pharmaceutical house owned by S.G. Warburg. While precise documentation is unavailable as to the auspices under which the LSD research was commissioned, it can be safely assumed that British intelligence and its subsidiary U.S. Office of Strategic Services were directly involved. Allen Dulles, the director of the CIA when that agency began MK-Ultra, was the OSS station chief in Berne, Switzerland throughout the early Sandoz research. One of his OSS assistants was James Warburg, of the same Warburg family, who was instrumental in the 1963 founding of the Institute for Policy Studies, and worked with both Huxley and Robert Hutchins."10

Aldous Huxley returned to the United States from Britain, accompanied by Dr. Humphrey Osmond, the Huxleys' private physician.

Osmond had been part of a discussion group Huxley had organized at the National Hospital, Queens Square, London. Along with another seminar participant, J.R. Smythies, Osmond wrote Schizophrenia: A New Approach, in which he asserted that mescaline - a derivative of the mescal cactus used in ancient Egyptian and Indian pagan rites - produced a psychotic state identical in all clinical respects to schizophrenia.

On this basis, Osmond and Smythies advocated experimentation with hallucinogenic drugs as a means of developing a "cure" for mental disorders.

Osmond was brought in by Allen Dulles to play a prominent role in MK-Ultra. At the same time, Osmond, Huxley, and the University of Chicago's Robert Hutchins held a series of secret planning sessions in 1952 and 1953 for a second, private LSD mescaline project under Ford Foundation funding.11 Hutchins, it will be recalled, was the program director of the Ford Foundation during this period. His LSD proposal incited such rage in Henry Ford II that Hutchins was fired from the foundation the following year.

It was also in 1953 that Osmund gave Huxley a supply of mescaline for his personal consumption. The next year, Huxley wrote The Doors of Perception, the first manifesto of the psychedelic drug cult, which claimed that hallucinogenic drugs "expand consciousness." Although the Ford Foundation rejected the Hutchins-Huxley proposal for private foundation sponsorship of LSD, the proposal was not dropped.

Beginning in 1962, the Rand Corporation of Santa Monica, California began a four-year experiment in LSD, peyote, and marijuana. The Rand Corporation was established simultaneously with the reorganization of the Ford Foundation during 1949. Rand was an outgrowth of the wartime Strategic Bombing Survey, a "cost analysis" study of the psychological effects of the bombings of German population centers.

According to a 1962 Rand Abstract, W.H. McGlothlin conducted a preparatory study on "The Long-Lasting Effects of LSD on Certain Attitudes in Normals: An Experimental Proposal."

The following year, McGlothlin conducted a year-long experiment on thirty human guinea pigs, called "Short-Term Effects of LSD on Anxiety, Attitudes and Performance." The study concluded that LSD improved emotional attitudes and resolved anxiety problems.12

Huxley At Work

Huxley expanded his own LSD-mescaline project in California by recruiting several individuals who had been initially drawn into the cult circles he helped establish during his earlier stay.

The two most prominent individuals were Alan Watts and the late Dr. Gregory Bateson (the former husband of Dame Margaret Mead). Watts became a self-styled "guru" of a nationwide Zen Buddhist cult built around his well-publicized books. Bateson, an anthropologist with the OSS, became the director of a hallucinogenic drug experimental clinic at the Palo Alto Veterans Administration Hospital. Under Bateson's auspices, the initiating "cadre" of the LSD cult - the hippies - were programmed.13

Watts at the same time founded the Pacifica Foundation, which sponsored two radio station WKBW in San Francisco and WBM-FM in New York City. The Pacifica stations were among the first to push the "Liverpool Sound" - the British-imported hard rock twanging of the Rolling Stones, the Beatles, and the Animals. They would later pioneer "acid rock" and eventually the self-avowed psychotic "punk rock."

During the fall of 1960, Huxley was appointed visiting professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston. Around his stay in that city, Huxley created a circle at Harvard parallel to his West Coast LSD team.

The ostensible topic of the Harvard seminar was "Religion and its Significance in the Modern Age."

The seminar was actually a planning session for the "acid rock" counterculture. Huxley established contact during this Harvard period with the president of Sandoz, which at the time was working on a CIA contract to produce large quantities of LSD and psilocybin (another synthetic hallucinogenic drug) for MK-Ultra, the CIA's official chemical warfare experiment.

According to recently released CIA documents, Allen Dulles purchased over 100 million doses of LSD - almost all of which flooded the streets of the United States during the late 1960s. During the same period, Leary began privately purchasing large quantities of LSD from Sandoz as well.14

From the discussions of the Harvard seminar, Leary put together the book The Psychedelic Experience, based on the ancient cultist Tibetan Book of the Dead.

It was this book that popularized Osmund's previously coined term, "psychedelic mind-expanding."

The Roots of the Flower People

Back in California, Gregory Bateson had maintained the Huxley operation out of the Palo Alto VA hospital. Through "SD experimentation on patients already hospitalized for psychological problems, Bateson established a core of "initiates" into the "psychedelic" Isis Cult.

Foremost among his Palo Alto recruits was Ken Kesey (image right). In 1959, Bateson administered the first dose of LSD to Kesey. By 1962, Kesey had completed a novel, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, which popularized the notion that society is a prison and the only truly "free" people are the insane.15

Kesey subsequently organized a circle of LSD initiates called "The Merry Pranksters." They toured the country disseminating LSD (often without forewarning the receiving parties), building up local distribution connections, and establishing the pretext for a high volume of publicity on behalf of the still minuscule "counterculture."

By 1967, the Kesey cult had handed out such quantities of LSD that a sizable drug population had emerged, centered in the Haight-Ashbury district of San Francisco.

Here Huxley collaborator Bateson set up a "free clinic," staffed by,

Dr. Ernest Dernberg an active-duty military officer, probably on assignment through MK-UItra

Roger Smith-a street gang organizer trained by Saul Alinsky. During the Free Clinic period, Roger Smith was the parole officer of the cultist mass murderer Charles Manson

Dr. Peter Bourne - formerly President Carter's special assistant on drug abuse. Bourne did his psychiatric residency at the Clinic. He had previously conducted a profiling study of GI heroin addicts in Vietnam.

The Free Clinic paralleled a project at the Tavistock Institute, the psychological warfare agency for the British Secret Intelligence Service. Tavistock, founded as a clinic in London in the 1920s, had become the Psychiatric Division of the British Army during World War II under its director, Dr. John Rawlings Rees.16

During the 1960s, the Tavistock Clinic fostered the notion that no criteria for sanity exist and that psychedelic "mind-expanding" drugs are valuable tools of psychoanalysis. In 1967, Tavistock sponsored a Conference on the "Dialectics of Liberation," chaired by Tavistock psychoanalyst Dr. R.D. Laing, himself a popularized author and advocate of drug use.

That conference drew a number of people who would soon play a prominent role in fostering terrorism; Angela Davis and Stokely Carmichael were two prominent American delegates.

Thus, by 1963, Huxley had recruited his core of "initiates." All of them - Leary, Osmund, Watts, Kesey, Alpert - became the highly publicized promoters of the early LSD counterculture.

By 1967, with the cult of "Flower People" in Haight-Ashbury and the emergence of the antiwar movement, the United States was ready for the inundation of LSD, hashish and marijuana that hit American college campuses in the late 1960s.

'The Beating of Drums...'

In 1963, the Beatles arrived in the United States, and with their decisive airing on the Ed Sullivan Show, the "British sound" took off in the U.S.A.

For their achievement, the four rocksters were awarded the Order of the British Empire by Her Majesty the Queen. The Beatles and the Animals, Rolling Stones, and homicidal punk rock maniacs who followed were, of course, no more a spontaneous outpouring of alienated youth than was the acid culture they accompanied.

The social theory of rock was elaborated by musicologist Theodor Adorno, who came to the United States in 1939 to head the Princeton University Radio Research Project.17

Adorno writes:

"In an imaginary but psychologically emotion-laden domain, the listener who remembers a hit song will turn into the song's ideal subject, into the person for whom the song ideally speaks. At the same time, as one of many who identify with that fictitious subject, that musical I, he will feel his isolation ease as he himself feels integrated into the community of "fans."

In whistling such a song he bows to a ritual of socialization, although beyond this unarticulated subjective stirring of the moment his isolation continues unchanged... The comparison with addiction is inescapable.

Addicted conduct generally has a social component: it is one possible reaction to the atomization which, as sociologists have noticed, parallels the compression of the social network. Addiction to music on the part of a number of entertainment listeners would be a similar phenomenon."18

The hit parade is organized precisely on the same principles used by Egypt's Isis priesthood and for the same purpose: the recruitment of youth to the dionysiac counterculture.

In a report prepared for the University of Michigan's Institute for Social Research, Paul Hirsch described the product of Adorno's Radio Research Project.19 According to Hirsch, the establishment of postwar radio's Hit Parade,

"transformed the mass medium into an agency of sub-cultural programming. Radio networks were converted into round-the-clock recycling machines that repeated the top forty hits."

Hirsch documents how all popular culture - movies, music, books, and fashion - is now run on the same program of preselection.

Today's mass culture operates like the opium trade: The supply determines the demand.

The Vietnam War and the Anti-Vietnam War Trap

But without the Vietnam War and the "anti-war" movement, the Isis cult would have been contained to a fringe phenomenon - no bigger than the beatnik cult of the 1950s that was an outgrowth of the early Huxley ventures in California.

The Vietnam War created the climate of moral despair that opened America's youth to drugs.

Under Kennedy, American military involvement in Vietnam - which had been vetoed by the Eisenhower administration - was initiated on a limited scale. Under Lyndon Johnson, American military presence in Vietnam was massively escalated, at the same time that U.S. efforts were restricted

- the framework of "limited war."

Playing on the President's profile, the anglophile Eastern Establishment, typified by top White House national security aide McGeorge Bundy and Defense Secretary Robert McNamara, convinced President Johnson that under the nuclear "balance of terror," or the regime of Mutual and Assured Destruction, the United States could afford neither a political solution to the conflict, nor the commitment to a military victory.

The outcome of this debacle was a major strategic withdrawal from Asia by the United States, spelled out in Henry Kissinger's "Guam Doctrine," adoption of the spectacular failure known as the "China Card" strategy for containing Soviet influence, and demoralization of the American people over the war to the point that the sense of national pride and confidence in the future progress of the republic was badly damaged.

Just as Aldous Huxley began the counterculture subversion of the United States thirty years before its consequences became evident to the public, Lord Bertrand Russell began laying the foundations for the anti-war movement of the 1960s before the 1930s expired.

Russell's "pacifism" was always relative - the means to his most cherished end, one-world government on the imperial model, that would curb the nation-state and its persistent tendency toward republicanism and technological progress.

Lord Russell and Aldous Huxley cofounded the Peace Pledge Union in 1937 campaigning for peace with Hitler-just before both went to the United States for the duration of World War.20

During World War II, Lord Russell opposed British and American warfare against the Nazis. In 1947, when the United States was in possession of the atomic bomb and Russia was not, Russell loudly advocated that the United States order the Soviets to surrender to a one-world government that would enjoy a restrictive monopoly on nuclear weapons, under the threat of a preemptive World War III against the Soviet Union.

His 1950s "Ban the Bomb" movement was directed to the same end-it functioned as an anti-technology movement against the peace-through-economic development potentials represented by President Eisenhower's "Atoms for Peace"' initiative.

From the mid-1950s onward, Russell's principal assignment was to build an international anti-war and anti-American movement. Coincident with the escalation of U.S. involvement in Vietnam under British manipulation, Russell upgraded the old Peace Pledge Union (which had been used in West Germany throughout the postwar period to promote an anti-capitalist "New left" wing of the Social Democratic Party, recruiting several future members of the Baader-Meinhof terrorist gang in the process) into the Bertrand Russell Peace Foundation.

In the United States, the New York banks provided several hundred thousand dollars to establish the Institute for Policy Studies (IPS), effectively the U.S. branch of the Russell Peace Foundation. Among the founding trustees of the IPS was James Warburg, directly representing the family's interests.

IPS drew its most active operatives from a variety of British-dominated institutions. IPS founding director Marcus Raskin was a member of the Kennedy administration's National Security Council and also a fellow of the National Training Labs, a U.S. subsidiary of the Tavistock Institute founded by Dr. Kurt Lewin.

After its creation by the League for Industrial Democracy, Students for a Democratic Society (SDS), the umbrella of the student anti-war movement, was in turn financed and run through IPS - up through and beyond its splintering into a number of terrorist and Maoist gangs in the late 1960s.21

More broadly, the institutions and outlook of the U.S. anti-war movement were dominated by the direct political descendants of the British-dominated "socialist movement" in the U.S.A., fostered by the House of Morgan as far back as the years before World War!.

This is not to say that the majority of anti-war protesters were paid, certified British agents. On the contrary, the overwhelming majority of anti-war protesters went into SDS on the basis of outrage at the developments in Vietnam.

But once caught in the environment defined by Russell and the Tavistock Institute's psychological warfare experts, and inundated with the message that hedonistic pleasure-seeking was a legitimate alternative to "immoral war," their sense of values and their creative potential went up in a cloud of hashish smoke.

'Changing Images'

Now, fifteen years later, with nearly an entire generation of American youth submerged in the drugs that flooded the nation's campuses, the Aquarian Conspiracy's Marilyn Ferguson is able to write:

"There are legions of [Aquarian] conspirators. They are in corporations, universities, and hospitals, on the faculties of public schools, in factories and doctors' offices, in state and federal agencies, on city councils, and the White House staff, in state legislatures, in volunteer organizations, in virtually all arenas of policy making in the country."22

Like the British inundation of China with drugs in the nineteenth century, the British counterculture has succeeded in. subverting the fabric of the nation, even up to the top-most levels of government.

In 1962, Huxley helped found the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California, which became a mecca for hundreds of Americans to engage in weekends of T-Groups and Training Groups modeled on behavior group therapy, for Zen, Hindu, and Buddhist transcendental meditation, and "out of body" experiences through simulated and actual hallucinogenic drugs.23

As described in the Esalen Institute Newsletter:

"Esalen started in the fall of 1962 as a forum to bring together a wide variety of approaches to enhancement of the human potential... including experiential sessions involving encounter groups, sensory awakening, gestalt awareness training, related disciplines. Our latest step is to fan out into the community at large, running programs in cooperation with many different institutions, churches, schools, hospitals, and government."24

Esalen's nominal founders were two transcendental meditation students, Michael Murphy and Richard Price, both graduates of Stanford University. Price also participated in the experiments on patients at Bateson's Palo Alto Veterans Hospital.

Several tens of thousands of Americans have passed through Esalen; millions have passed through the programs it has sired throughout the country.

The next leap in Britain's Aquarian Conspiracy against the United States was the May 1974 report that provided the basis for Ferguson's work. The report is entitled "Changing Images of Man," Contract Number URH (489~215O, Policy Research Report No. 414.74,) prepared by the Stanford Research Institute Center for the Study of Social Policy, Willis Harman, director.

The 319-page mimeographed report was prepared by a team of fourteen researchers and supervised by a panel of twenty-three controllers, including anthropologist Margaret Mead, psychologist B.F. Skinner, Ervin Laszlo of the United Nations, Sir Geoffrey Vickers of British intelligence.

The aim of the study, the authors state, is to change the image of mankind from that of industrial progress to one of "spiritualism."

The study asserts that in our present society, the "image of industrial and technological man" is obsolete and must be "discarded":

"Many of our present images appear to have become dangerously obsolete, however...

Science, technology, and economics have made possible really significant strides toward achieving such basic human goals as physical safety and security, material comfort and better health. But many of these successes have brought with them problems of being too successful - problems that themselves seem insoluble within the set of societal value-premises that led to their emergence...

Our highly developed system of technology leads to higher vulnerability and breakdowns. Indeed the range and interconnected impact of societal problems that are now emerging pose a serious threat to our civilization... If our predictions of the future prove correct, we can expect the association problems of the trend to become more serious, more universal and to occur more rapidly."

Therefore, SRI concludes, we must change the industrial-technological image of man fast:

"Analysis of the nature of contemporary societal problems leads to the conclusion that... the images of man that dominated the last two centuries will be inadequate for the post-industrial era."

What began as Britain's creation of the counterculture to open the market for its dope has come a long way.

The LSD Connection

Who provided the drugs that swamped the anti-war movement and the college campuses of the United States in the late 1960s?

The organized crime infrastructure which had set up the Peking Connection for the opium trade in 1928 - provided the same services in the 1960s and 1970s it had provided during Prohibition. This was also the same network Huxley had established contact with in Hollywood during the 1930s.

The LSD connection begins with one William "Billy" Mellon Hitchcock. Hitchcock was a graduate of the University of Vienna and a scion of the millionaire Mellon banking family of Pittsburgh. (Andrew Mellon of the same family had been the U.S. Treasury Secretary throughout Prohibition.)

In 1963, when Timothy Leary was thrown out of Harvard, Hitchcock rented a fifty-five-room mansion in Millbrook, New York, where the entire Leary-Huxley circle of initiates was housed until its later move back to California.26

Hitchcock was also a broker for the Lansky syndicate and for the Fiduciary Trust Co., Nassau, Grand Bahamas --- a wholly owned subsidiary of Investors Overseas Services. He was formally employed by Delafield and Delafield Investments, where he worked on buying and selling vast quantities of stock in the Mary Carter Paint Co., soon to become Resorts International.

In 1967, Dr. Richard Alpert put Hitchcock in contact with Augustus Owsley Stanley III. As Owsley's agent, Hitchcock retained the law firm of Babinowitz, Boudin and Standard 27 - to conduct a feasibility study of several Caribbean countries to determine the best location for the production and distribution of LSD and hashish.

During this period, Hitchcock joined Leary and his circle in California. Leary had established an LSD cult called the Brotherhood of Eternal Love and several front companies, including Mystics Art World, Inc. of Laguna Beach, California. These California-based entities ran lucrative trafficking in Mexican marijuana and LSD brought in from Switzerland and Britain.

The British connection had been established directly by Hitchcock, who contracted the Charles Bruce chemical firm to import large quantities of the chemical components of LSD with financing from both Hitchcock and George Grant Hoag, the heir to the J.C. Penney dry goods fortune, the Brotherhood of Eternal Love set up LSD and hashish production-marketing operations in Costa Rica in 1968. 28

Toward the end of 1968, Hitchcock expanded the LSD-hashish production operations in the Caribbean with funds provided by the Fiduciary Trust Co. (IOS). In conjunction with J. Vontobel and Co. of Zurich, Hitchcock founded a corporation called 4-Star Anstalt in Liechtenstein.

This company, employing "investment funds" (that is, drug receipts) from Fiduciary Trust, bought up large tracts of land in the Grand Bahamas as well as large quantities of ergotamine tartrate, the basic chemical used in the production of LSD.29

Hitchcock's personal hand in the LSD connection abruptly ended several years later. Hitchcock had been working closely with Johann F. Parravacini of the Parravacini Bank Ltd in Berne, Switzerland. From 1968, they had together funded even further expansion of the Caribbean-California LSD-hashish ventures. In the early 1970s, as the result of a Securities and Exchange Commission investigation, both Hitchcock and Parravacini were indicted and convicted of a $40 million stock fraud.

Parravacini had registered a $40 million sale to Hitchcock for which Hitchcock had not put down a penny of cash or collateral. This was one of the rare instances in which federal investigators succeeded in getting inside the $200 billion drug fund as it was making its way around the "offshore" banking system.

Another channel for laundering dirty drug money - a channel yet to be compromised by federal investigative agencies is important to note here. This is the use of tax-exempt foundations to finance terrorism and environmentalism. One immediately relevant case makes the point.

In 1957, the University of Chicago's Robert M. Hutchins established the Center for the Study of Democratic Institutions (CSDI) in Santa Barbara, California. Knight Commander Hutchins drew in Aldous Huxley, Elisabeth Mann Borghese, and some Rhodes Scholars who had originally been brought into the University of Chicago during the 1930s and 1940s.

The CSDI was originally funded 1957 to 1961 through a several-million-dollar fund that Hutchins managed to set up before his untimely departure from the Ford Foundation. From 1961 onward, the Center was principally financed by organized crime. The two funding conduits were the Fund of Funds, a tax exempt front for Bernie Cornfeld's lOS, and the Parvin Foundation, a parallel front for Parvin-Dohnnan Co. of Nevada.

IOS and Marvin-Doorman held controlling interests in the Desert Inn, the Aladdin, and the Dune - all Las Vegas casinos associated with the Lansky syndicate. IOS, as already documented, was a conducting vehicle for LSD, hashish, and marijuana distribution throughout the 1960s.30 In 1967 alone, IOS channeled between $3 and $4 million to the center.

Wherever there is dope, there is Dope, Inc.

On February 5, 1999, in U.S. District Court in Lincoln, Nebraska, an extraordinary hearing occurred in Paul A. Bonacci v. Lawrence E. King, a civil action in which the plaintiff charged that he had been ritualistically abused by the defendant, as part of a nationwide pedophile ring linked to powerful political figures in Washington and to elements of the U.S. military and intelligence establishment. Three weeks later, on February 27, Judge Warren K. Urbom ordered King, who is currently in Federal prison, to pay $1 million in damages to Bonacci, in what Bonacci's attorney John DeCamp said was a clear signal that "the evidence presented was credible."

During the February 5 hearing, Noreen Gosch stunned the court with sworn testimony linking U.S. Army Lt. Col. Michael Aquino (ret.) to the nationwide pedophile ring. Her son, Johnny, then 12 years old, was kidnapped off the streets of West Des Moines, Iowa on September 5, 1982, while he was doing his early-morning newspaper deliveries. Since his kidnapping, she has devoted all of her time and resources to finding her son, and to exposing the dangers that millions of children in American face from this hideous, literally Satanic underground of ritualistic deviants.

"We have investigated, we have talked to so far 35 victims of this said organization that took my son and is responsible for what happened to Paul, and they can verify everything that has happened," she told the court.

"What this story involves is an elaborate function, I will say, that was an offshoot of a government program. The MK-Ultra program was developed in the 1950s by the CIA. It was used to help spy on other countries during the Cold War because they felt that the other countries were spying on us.

"It was very successful. They could do it very well."

Then, the Aquino bombshell: "Well, then there was a man by the name of Michael Aquino. He was in the military. He had top Pentagon clearances. He was a pedophile. He was a Satanist. He's founded the Temple of Set. And he was a close friend of Anton LaVey. The two of them were very active in ritualistic sexual abuse. And they deferred funding from this government program to use [in] this experimentation on children.

"Where they deliberately split off the personalities of these children into multiples, so that when they're questioned or put under oath or questioned under lie detector, that unless the operator knows how to question a multiple-personality disorder, they turn up with no evidence."

She continued: "They used these kids to sexually compromise politicians or anyone else they wish to have control of. This sounds so far out and so bizarre I had trouble accepting it in the beginning myself until I was presented with the data. We have the proof. In black and white."

Under questioning from DeCamp, Gosch reported: "I know that Michael Aquino has been in Iowa. I know that Michael Aquino has been to Offutt Air Force Base [a Strategic Air Command base, near Omaha, which was linked to King's activities]. I know that he has had contact with many of these children."

Paul Bonacci, who was simultaneously a victim and a member of the nationwide pedophile crime syndicate, has subsequently identified Aquino as the man who ordered the kidnapping of Johnny Gosch. In his February 5 testimony, Bonacci referred to the mastermind of the Gosch abduction as "the Colonel."

A second witness who testified at the February 5 hearing, Rusty Nelson, was King's personal photographer. He later described to EIR another incident which linked King to Aquino, while the Army special forces officer was still on active reserve duty. Some time in the late 1980s, Nelson was with King at a posh hotel in downtown Minneapolis, when he personally saw King turn over a suitcase full of cash and bearer-bonds to "the Colonel," who he later positively identified as Aquino. According to Nelson, King told him that the suitcase of cash and bonds was earmarked for the Nicaraguan Contras, and that "the Colonel" was part of the covert Contra support apparatus, otherwise associated with Lt. Col. Oliver North, Vice President George Bush, and the "secret parallel government" that they ran from the White House.

Just who is Lt. Col. Michael Aquino (ret.), and what does the evidence revealed in a Nebraska court hearing say about the current state of affairs inside the U.S. military? Is the Aquino case some kind of weird aberration that slipped off the Pentagon radar screen?

Not in the least.

Aquino, Satan and the U.S. military

Throughout much of the 1980s, Aquino was at the center of a controversy involving the Pentagon's acquiescence to outright Satanic practices inside the military services. Aquino was also a prime suspect in a series of pedophile scandals involving the sexual abuse of hundreds of children, including the children of military personnel serving at the Presidio U.S. Army station in the San Francisco Bay Area. Furthermore, even as Aquino was being investigated by Army Criminal Investigation Division officers for involvement in the pedophile cases, he was retaining highest-level security clearances, and was involved in pioneering work in military psychological operations ("psy-ops").

On August 14, 1987, San Francisco police raided Aquino's Russian Hill home, which he shared with his wife Lilith. The raid was in response to allegations that the house had been the scene of a brutal rape of a four-year-old girl. The principal suspect in the rape, a Baptist minister named Gary Hambright, was indicted in September 1987 on charges that he committed "lewd and lascivious acts" with six boys and four girls, ranging in age from three to seven years, during September-October 1986. At the time of the alleged sex crimes, Hambright was employed at a child care center on the U.S. Army base at Presidio. At the time of Hambright's indictment, the San Francisco police charged that he was involved in at least 58 separate incidents of child sexual abuse.

According to an article in the October 30, 1987 San Francisco Examiner, one of the victims had identified Aquino and his wife as participants in the child rape. According to the victim, the Aquinos had filmed scenes of the child being fondled by Hambright in a bathtub. The child's description of the house, which was also the headquarters of Aquino's Satanic Temple of Set, was so detailed, that police were able to obtain a search warrant. During the raid, they confiscated 38 videotapes, photo negatives, and other evidence that the home had been the hub of a pedophile ring, operating in and around U.S. military bases.

Aquino and his wife were never indicted in the incident. Aquino claimed that he had been in Washington at the time, enrolled in a year-long reserve officers course at the National Defense University, although he did admit that he made frequent visits back to the Bay Area and to his church/home. The public flap over the Hambright indictment did prompt the U.S. Army to transfer Aquino from the Presidio, where he was the deputy director of reserve training, to the U.S. Army Reserve Personnel Center in St. Louis.

On April 19, 1988, the ten-count indictment against Hambright was dropped by U.S. Attorney Joseph Russoniello, on the grounds that, while there was clear evidence of child abuse (six of the children contracted the venereal disease, chlamydia), there was insufficient evidence to link Hambright (or the Aquinos) to the crimes. Parents of several of the victims charged that Russoniello's actions proved that "the Federal system has broken down in not being able to protect the rights of citizens age three to eight."

Russoniello would later be implicated in efforts to cover up the links between the Nicaraguan Contras and South American cocaine-trafficking organizations, raising deeper questions about whether the decision not to prosecute Hambright and Aquino had "national security implications."

Indeed, on April 22, 1989, the U.S. Army sent letters to the parents of at least 56 of the children believed to have been molested by Hambright, urging them to have their children tested for the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), because Hambright, a former daycare center worker, was reported to be a carrier.

On May 13, 1989, the San Jose Mercury reported that Aquino and his wife had been recently questioned by Army investigators about charges of child molestation by the couple in two northern California counties, Sonoma and Mendocino. A 9-year-old girl in Santa Rosa, California, and an 11-year-old boy in Fort Bragg, also in California, separately identified Aquino as the rapist in a series of 1985 incidents, after they had seen him on television.

When the San Francisco Chronicle contacted Army officials at the Presidio to find out if Aquino's security clearances had been lifted as the result of the pedophile investigations, the reporters were referred to the Pentagon, where Army spokesman Maj. Greg Rixon told them, "The question is whether he is trustworthy or can do the job. There is nothing that would indicate in this case that there is any problem we should be concerned about."

Indeed, the Pentagon had already given its de facto blessings to Aquino's long-standing public association with the Church of Satan and his own successor "church," the Temple of Set. This, despite the fact that Aquino's Satanic activities involved overt support for neo-Nazi movements in the United States and Europe. On October 10, 1983, while traveling in West Germany on "official NATO business," Aquino had staged a Satanic "working" at the Wewelsburg Castle in Bavaria. Aquino wrote a lengthy account of the ritual, in which he invoked Nazi SS chief Heinrich Himmler: "As the Wewelsburg was conceived by Heinrich Himmler to be the 'Mittelpunkt der Welt' ('Middle of the World'), and as the focus of the Hall of the Dead was to be the Gate of that Center, to summon the Powers of Darkness at their most powerful locus."

As early as April 1978, the U.S. Army had circulated A Handbook for Chaplains "to facilitate the provision of religious activities." Both the Church of Satan and the Temple of Set were listed among the "other" religions to be tolerated inside the U.S. military. A section of the handbook dealing with Satanism stated, "Often confused with witchcraft, Satanism is the worship of Satan (also known as Baphomet or Lucifer). Classical Satanism, often involving 'black masses,' human sacrifices, and other sacrilegious or illegal acts, is now rare. Modern Satanism is based on both the knowledge of ritual magick and the 'anti-establishment' mood of the 1960s. It is related to classical Satanism more in image than substance, and generally focuses on 'rational self-interest with ritualistic trappings.'

No so fast! In 1982, the Temple of Set fissured over the issue of Aquino's emphasis on Nazism. One leader, Ronald K. Barrett, shortly after his expulsion, wrote that Aquino had "taken the Temple of Set in an explicitly Satanic direction, with strong overtones of German National Socialist Nazi occultism ... One fatality has occurred within the Temple membership during the period covered May 1982-July 1983."

The handbook quoted "Nine Satanic Statements" from the Church of Satan, without comment. "Statement Seven," as quoted in the handbook, read, "Satan represents man as just another animal, sometimes better, more often worse than those that walk on all fours, who, because of his 'divine and intellectual development' has become the most vicious animal of all."

>From 'psy-ops' to 'mindwars'

Aquino's steady rise up the hierarchy of the Satanic world closely paralleled his career advances inside the U.S. military. According to an official biography circulated by the Temple of Set, "Dr. Aquino is High Priest and chief executive officer of the Temple of Set, the nation's principal Satanic church, in which he holds the degree of Ipissimus VI. He joined the original Church of Satan in 1969, becoming one of its chief officials by 1975 when the Temple of Set was founded. In his secular profession he is a Lieutenant Colonel, Military Intelligence, U.S. Army, and is qualified as a Special-Forces officer, Civil Affairs officer, and Defense Attaché. He is a graduate of the Command and General Staff College, the National Defense University and the Defense Intelligence College, and the State Departments' Foreign Service Institute."

Indeed, a more detailed curriculum vitae that Aquino provided to EIR, dated March 1989, claimed that he had gotten his doctorate at the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1980, with his dissertation on "The Neutron Bomb." He listed 16 separate military schools that he attended during 1968-87, including advanced courses in "Psychological Operations" at the JFK Special Warfare Center at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and "Strategic Intelligence" at the Defense Intelligence College, at Bolling Air Force Base in Washington, D.C.

Aquino was deeply involved in what has been called the "revolution in military affairs" ("RMA"), the introduction of the most kooky "Third Wave," "New Age" ideas into military long-range planning, which introduced such notions as "information warfare" and "cyber-warfare" into the Pentagon's lexicon.

In the early 1980s, at the same time that Heidi and Alvin Toffler were spinning their Tavistock "Third Wave" utopian claptrap to some top Air Force brass, Aquino and another U.S. Army colonel, Paul Vallely, were co-authoring an article for Military Review. Although the article was never published in the journal, the piece was widely circulated among military planners, and was distributed by Aquino's Temple of Set. The article, titled "From PSYOP to Mindwar: The Psychology of Victory," endorsed some of the ideas published in a 1980 Military Review article by Lt. Col. John Alexander, an affiliate of the Stanford Research Institute, a hotbed of Tavistock Institute and Frankfurt School "New Age" social engineering.

Aquino and Vallely called for an explicitly Nietzschean form of warfare, which they dubbed "mindwar." "Like the sword Excalibur," they wrote, "we have but to reach out and seize this tool; and it can transform the world for us if we have but the courage and the integrity to guide civilization with it. If we do not accept Excalibur, then we relinquish our ability to inspire foreign cultures with our morality. If they then devise moralities unsatisfactory to us, we have no choice but to fight them on a more brutish level."

And what is "mindwar?" "The term is harsh and fear-inspiring," Aquino wrote. "And it should be: It is a term of attack and victory-not one of rationalization and coaxing and conciliation. The enemy may be offended by it; that is quite all right as long as he is defeated by it. A definition is offered: Mindwar is the deliberate, aggressive convincing of all participants in a war that we will win that war."

For Aquino, "mindwar" is a permanent state of strategic psychological warfare against the populations of friend and foe nations alike. "In its strategic context, mindwar must reach out to friends, enemies and neutrals alike across the globe ... through the media possessed by the United States which have the capabilities to reach virtually all people on the face of the Earth. These media are, of course, the electronic media-television and radio. State of the art developments in satellite communication, video recording techniques, and laser and optical transmission of broadcasts make possible a penetration of the minds of the world such as would have been inconceivable just a few years ago." Above all else, Aquino argues, mindwar must target the population of the United States, "by denying enemy propaganda access to our people, and by explaining and emphasizing to our people the rationale for our national interest. ... Rather it states a whole truth that, if it does not now exist, will be forced into existence by the will of the United States."
