Hi All!! I want to report that I have discovered the miracle (so far anyway) of MEGA-DOSING “Liposomal Encapsulated Vitamin C” - INCREDIBLE STUFF. I did a research project for a Dr, his brand at Amazon is “Core Medical” - he uses only the highest quality of base ingredients, it really is a superior product. I was intrigued, but could not afford to take them at a rate anything other than a couple pills per day. Good for you yes, but not a miracle. Then I stumbled onto a Youtube video: That got my attention because I also make Colloidal Silver, and I use Chlorine Dioxide too. Both need to be “made”... I knew I could make theVit C. I bought the raw ingredients, very high quality, and gathered the various supplies like glass jar for storage, non reactive spoon—i chose wood, couple other things, and I bought the necessary “Ultrasonic Cleaner” that is the final step. Spent about $100 total, and the ultrasonic cleaner only has to be bought once. I made a batch. So, what exactly is liposomal encapsulated Vitamin C, and why is it so good? Here’s a diagram:  nearest 24 hour gas stationI bought the raw acsorbic acid (from Scotland), and the raw licithin, combine in Vitamix, then run in the ultrasonic machine for 6 minutes. Store in glass jar in the fridge. 1 Tablespoon of this concoction provides 1,000 mg of liposomal encapsulated vitamin C. It will survive your stomach acids and easily enter your bloodstream. It survives your bloodstream too, and because the lipids surrounding the nutrient, it easily slips into cells. 80–90% makes it to your cells. Regular and buffrered vitamin C and even IV-C treatments don’t come even close to this. The 20% that is absorbed cannot enter the cells without the lipids surrounding the nutrient. I have been using a shotglass, like a heavy pour. This a bit over 2 Tablespoons, but let’s just call it 2. Fat “1 fluid ounce” = roughly 2 Tablespoons = 2,000 mg of which at least 80% (1,600 mg) made it into my cells. The other 400 mg is processed as regular Vitamin C is. It’s not “lost”. Let me attempt to tell you what that feels like! Friday AM - 1st Dose - 2,000 mg - Didn’t really notice much. I didn’t know what to expect really. Friday PM - 2nd Dose - 2,000 mg - Thought I was “feeling something” but didn’t want to be making things up in my head. I had heard crazy stories and am a bit of a skeptic, but not enough of one to stop me from trying something.. Saturday AM - 3rd Dose - 1600 mg - Here’s where it gets interesting! About 20 minutes after I drank it I started becoming very aware of my body. It was tingling. I am overweight and sedentary, add to that I work at home.. I had the sudden urge—no make that—all of a sudden I found myself standing and stretching, all the while my body is filling with a vibrancy, more life force. I stood up straight, Said well alrighty then!! Energy. Breathe. Deep. Oh. My. God. Look around and think, well ok then (I think I chuckled), I’m going to need something to do today other than sit. All my laundry is now done. I cooked twice lol, I got things done, effortlessly, no procrastination, efficiently. The mental clarity is profound, it’s like my nootropic Armodafinil, but much much better. I’m shocked at what it did and I’m gong to experiment with dosing to find what works best for me. Maybe this is an initial rush and my body will grow accustomed to it. That would be sad. I bet I could up the dose!! NOTE, I am nowhere even close to any toxicity limit. 2 ounces a day = 4 TB - 4,000 mg. A therapeutic dose for treating cancer is between 25 and 50 grams by IV per day. That is 25,000 mg and 50,000 mg to my 4 mg. I’m fine, but still megadosing because of the absorption rate. Saturday PM - SKIP - I decided to skip that dose and only take it in the daytime in case i have too much energy to sleep. Sunday AM - 4th Dose - 1600 mg - I did not get that big rush that blew my mind, I got about half that, I think because I decided to take the dose slowly in a glass of water, over about 20 minutes. That said, the effects are still profound. My Sunday was just as productive as my Saturday blitz. I was just not as “high”... Definitely mind and body operating o a whole new level. I am going to try a split dose and start earlier. Thinking to try 1600 at 6-7 am, and 800 mg 6-7 hours later—between noon and 2 pm. I could go to sleep around midnight I think. Sunday PM - SKIP - girl’s gotta sleep... I’m thinking of how to do the split dose... Monday AM - 5th Dose - 1600 mg - Really looking forward to this!! So, there’s that! Wow Lynnwood - you make MMS! That is the coollest news I have had from this board in a while!!! I make it and take it! Hahaha, works superiorly to most oxidisers. Clean my water tanks from time to time with mms (chlorine dioxide) when I am not dosing myself for either a cleanse or to treat some infection. Would not mind your Vid reference to that VitC information... (ok, found one  )The best and lowest cost self help that exists. Another issue is that I have been phenomenally busy in the garden, growing, planting etc. Thankfully 99% of things have now been planted out and I just await the food (or beautiful flowers). Mostly I am growing tomatoes and beans, plus companion plants and flowers that create a beautiful ambience for eye and aroma for the nose. Fuchsia, petunia, begonia, nicotiana, morning glory, moonflower, and more. Oh and a potato plant - I was peeling some spuds when I saw that one had started to grow, so I put it in a flower pot and waited to see what happens. FR33K, I also make colloidal silver... Update on the Vitamin C journey — no great big rush like the first time I took a megadose the hit my cells, but I do feel fantastic. I think I might be able to do that again if I doubled my dose, but I’m more into maintenance then a rush. It sure was incredible though. |

BIG NEWS IN MY LIFE I have some incredible news. I emailed the [lost] love of my life to tell him—after 20 years—that I am very sorry for cheating on him and leaving him, that as the years went by I realized what a huge huge mstake it was. I also said that I still love him and that I should have married him when he asked me to (countless times). Originally we had met in Seattle, moved to Las Vegas together, then split after 6 years. He then then moved to S Dakota with another woman. He has been split from her for about 10 years. I moved back to Seattle after about 2 years in Las Vegas with the “other man”. Needless to say I realized the mistake early on. Over the years I yearned for Gabriel, but also knowing what I had done was really bad, and I hurt him terribly. His reply to my apology was not at all what I expected, he asked me “What took you so long?” - we have been talking like teenagers for a week and in fact, he just got laid off (after seven years) from his job yesterday, and he is now looking at Uhaul “pods” to store his furniture. He’s coming home to Seattle, to me. We’re going to try again, and hopefully this time will get it right. I’m in shock, extremely happy to be given a second chance. I am stunned to hear he never really got over me and is just as excited as I am to try again. He’s going to stay with an uncle about 15 miles away and we’re going to ease into it slowly..., or as slowly as we can lol... |

Update on Gabe: It seems to be happening, I am still in the clouds so not sure... Gabe gave written notice at his apartment building today, to be out by 7/31. He shut off Netflix so he will be motvated to get in gear. He talked to his uncle here in Seattle and he has a place to stay so we can attempt to take things slow. /update over! |
