Health officials must assume 'worst-case scenario' with swine flu: Expert SEPTEMBER 25, 2009 - Vancouver Sun "Canada's chief public health officer said Friday that 1.8 million doses of unadjuvanted swine flu vaccine have been ordered for pregnant women and children under the age of three.
