 Who else is ready for fall?Me, too! I'm soooo tired of 100+ degree weather. It seems like it has been hot forevah!
I want some chili! I want some beef stew! I want some apple pie! I want some white bean, sausage and kale stew! I want to wear jeans again! I want to wear a sweater again! And, yes, I'm ready for some football!  We are getting ready for our trip and I read that the weather in DC for September is normally 85 degrees in the day time and 65 degrees at night. Re: Who else is ready for fall? We canned the last of our green beans last weekend and the kitchen was about 10 shades of hell!
 I've been wanting to put up some tomato sauce but I will have to purchase the tomatoes.  Nope - not this year - too hot and no 'maters until later in the Fall. Re: Who else is ready for fall? We do 6 bushels every year which gives us approximatly 80-100 Jars....
